Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I really would give this location -2/5 stars if that was an option. Every time without a doubt (when ordering online through their website) it is NEVER the right order. The spice levels/proteins/ingredients are always so far off and completely wrong. They don't take the time to read the orders and pay attention. This has happened WAY too many times.

Nice workers but downhill customer service. After not having any noodles ready (really, at cupbop???), the three bowls we ordered all were only half full and missing the vegetables.

I ordered delivery from this location and will not be ordering again. Very small meat portion sizes. I ordered a piggy bop and ugly bop and only got 1 tbsp of pork. Not worth the price, I would recommend another location.

I would like to start by saying that this review is not about that employees we saw at 5:48 on Halloween night. They were extremely short staffed. The manager of this location should be ashamed. we were forced to use the kiosk and the kiosk limits you on what you can add to your food so you can't make it the way you like which is what makes this place so great. I feel bad for the employees who have not gotten a break from in store order and door dash orders. This is unacceptable I get having to wait on a holiday but this is cruel having only two employees work when there should be at least four so they can rotate and give each other breaks if there is an emergency they can't leave because they are just the two of them. one cooking and the other making all the orders this is so wrong. I would have quit on that spot. It's making feel bad that I even ordered food because I contributed to the chaos thinking this would be an easy solution so we can go trick or treat

I had Cupbop for the first time in Idaho and it was delicious. Then when I got back to Utah I ordered from this location and I was very disappointed. It was very dry and lacked sauce and the chicken was so dry and hard I could hardly bite into it. I couldn’t eat it and had pb&j instead.
