I'm absolutely disgusted. I just ordered doordash and asked for extra bulgogi, and they sent me a bowl that was literally swimming like soup. It leaked all over the bag and on the lid of the soup I had a :-) with its tongue sticking out and then an extra side of sauce with another :-) on it. It was clear and blatant that they were trying to be jerks. I'm not kidding when I say it was soup. I drained it in a strainer and it filled up a huge cup. Just rude! I've tried calling the restaurant and you can't get through to them there. Whoever is working there running that place should be fired cause that was absolutely disgusting and rude AF. I have pics fyi

This is what happens when a business gets famous. I started eating cupbop since they came to my work in a truck. The taste was good, good amount of protein. It's been quite a few months we've been seeing a lot of change and today, we got dinner again from there hoping that it will be good. But to our disappointment the food was even worse. I literally got five pieces of chicken, small pieces of chicken. This is sad ?
Kko bop for 10 plus dollars was meager in protein at best! Instructions of rice to noodles wasn't followed. I won't be back!

My son lost something very important to him and believed it was at this Cupbop. The manager, Spencer, went above and beyond in examining cameras to try and help. What amazing people not to mention the quality food here!!

The person who prepared our order seemed to be in a hurry and was quite rude. As a result, they did not pay attention to our specific requests, and my daughter, who is gluten-free, received the wrong order. Unfortunately, this meant she couldn't have lunch during her break. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service he gave us and felt like we wasted $40 on the wrong order. I won't be visiting here again.(I also should mention that the girl at the front counter was a delight and this review does not reflect on her)
