Domino's Pizza in South Jordan

“I want to give a shout out and a kudos to Kainoa at the store and my driver Katherine. I have had a really rough week and when I called about my order showing as delivered with the app and nothing found and where kind to see what we could do and what was happening and the communication between everyone with kindness and understanding is not common anymore. I really hope that when this is reviewed that you both get the kudos in recognition that you both deserve for great customer service, kindness, patience and also looking into why the app was giving issues about delivery when that's out of anyone's control. I definitely appreciate the kindness at the door and on the phone with the actual location.

“I have been doing business with these people for years. If this was two years ago I would give it a 2 to 3 star. If this was for the last year I would give it 4 stars.l, But I had a recent experience with a gentleman name.Marco, who was working by himself at 930 at night and was the kindest sweetest most customer service oriented person i've ever met. To have that kind of pressure that he had and to be as kind and accommodating as he was, this man should be in management or at least teach other domino's employees. I also have to mention the drivers over the last month, they have been extremely kind and Attentive. Whoever is hiring the people that are working at this store deserves congratulations you are doing a great job.“

“The Herriman Domino's pizza is still closed so we have to go a little further to get pizza now. Thats is OK because this location does a better job. The pizza has been much better than the Herriman location. We may continue to drive there even after the Herriman location opens up again just because we are more satisfied with their product.“
