I did an online order to pick up and when we got there they never started our order and then told us the dont have the donuts we ordered. It seemed like an honest mistake so we just asked for the order to be canceled and get a refund. They canceled the order but I never got my refund. They stole money from me. Don't go here

If I could give it less than a one star, I would! I did an online order and said pick up was at 4:30, I came at 4:10 and they are completely closed. Not an employee insight. It would have been nice to get a call or text so I didn’t have to waste my time and money! What a Joke!

We ordered for delivery. The order was correct but the donuts were old and crusty. The front holes were barely edible. I wanted to leave a 1 star but the wife and kids said there's were ok. The cake donut was so hard on the outside. There are a lot of donut places and being a type 2 diabetic that wanted a test for doing good this was very disappointing. The front holes are just thrown in the box also. 🤷

We went for donuts on a Sunday morning and Manny was really helpful. Recommended a cronut and an oreo donut that was delicious. One of the reasons I wanted to go are the crullers but they are so bad - they don’t melt in your mouth and instead just are gummy. Definitely won’t be getting those again. The donuts are also a little on the pricy side but a fun place to try out.

I went there Sunday morning for a dozen donuts and Manny was really great. He suggested some pretty yummy donuts and let me know which ones were priced differently. Very lovely experience and my co-workers really loved the donuts! Genuinely the best donuts I’ve had since getting here to Utah. I’ll definitely be coming back and my co-workers will be stopping by as well. Thank you so much!! 🍩

I’d happily leave zero stars if I could. I placed an order a week in advance, but when I arrived, they had no record of my order. They weren’t able to fulfill the order then either, and told me it could take up to three weeks to get my money back. Terrible service.
Placed an order for pickup, and reached 30 mins before store closing, and they had just closed and left already while the order was marked ready for pickup. Sad customer service
