We moved from the east coast to Utah and we were so excited that Dunkin Donuts came to Utah. To our disappointment they do not serve the ham croissant breakfast sandwiches that I love, but the worst was that the donut holes were 1 or 2 days old. They were completely hard. We were so mad that we drove back and walked into the store.
Found out the manager was on her phone and did not care that we were in the store. After we finally got her attention we found out that she only speaks Spanish. One of the workers had to come to translate. Why would you hire a manager who only speaks Spanish? After back and forth she replaces the donut holes with some extra, but we had to ask for that as compensation.
It was so disappointing that I did not even take pictures. Not worth it!
We hope the quality of this store will improve, because we’d really like to support them and see them stay in business!

It's sad when you see a really great place being run down. The donuts were not fresh we told them we were going to come by again the next day and it was the same way, we were hoping they were going to be fresh. The servers were better that day and the day before and they were accommodating. So we were appreciative for the help and the coffee was excellent. But the day before they said they didn't have any frappes that were decaf, and they never heard of such a thing, and gave us a hard time. The following day we could hear them talking about what they needed to do and get done with the girl that was telling the other employees was yelling it out in the main dining area and it was very annoying because it was early in the morning, and didn't seem necessary

I hate to say this because we are big fans of Dunkin’ but every time I come here they’re out of all the products and very unprofessional and rude employees

Staff were super helpful, and patient with me as I decided what to order. I also got some helpful suggestions from the cashier. I came in at around 3pm on a Saturday so there were some other customers inside the establishment. But nonetheless they got my order out quickly and hastily. I would definitely recommend coming here as i’ve never received such at a starbucks for comparison.
Overall great food and great service will be coming back.

Would be helpful to see what donuts they have available when going through the drive thru.

Way overpriced. Donut holes were stale and clearly a day old. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

We were excited to see that Dunkin was back in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the Donuts were stale and the coffee was not good. The order was ready when we got there though.

I wanted to people know that the donuts are terrible. I purchased a dozen donuts and they were not fresh and they were stale. I went at 6:30 am so I assumed they would be fresh. The employee that helped me was very nice

Went to the district location before going on. Road trip to pick up hot chocolate and hashbrowns. Hot chocolate was not at all hot hashbrowns were stale and tasted funny. Had to throw away everything. Complete waste of money, West Jordan location is so much better.

Second time visiting this location. First time, no issues. The second time the iced tea tasted heavily of coffee grounds and was undrinkable.

The store looks great, the crew are nice and friendly but the general manager is doing an awful job, letting alone two beginners in charge of a new store.
To be more specific, none of the two employees knew how to do a cappuccino, is NOT their fault, is the poor training they received.

Something’s off at this Dunkin’ Donuts in South Jordan at The District like, how do they always have fresh donuts but you never actually see anyone making them?
Locals say the back kitchen leads to a portal where donut gnomes in aprons whip up pastries in exchange for bits of your soul and the occasional Amazon gift card. Because no one can resist those Beso’s bucks, not even nicely dressed lawn ornaments.
One time I walked in at 6am and the entire store smelled like cinnamon but also betrayal, oh and battery acid too, which somehow made the coffee taste better. Sorry meant to say bitter, much more bitter.
I’m convinced the “employees” are just shapeshifting highly trained gnomes and they operate the espresso machine with telekinesis.
Whatever they’re doing back there, it’s working but also terrifying, and I think the Krispy Kreme Donut’s mascot was watching me from the parking lot too.
