Firehouse Subs Daybreak

Judging by the pictures in other reviews, the poor experience I had must be because it was delivery. The sandwiches were sloppy, half the meat they usually have and they got the toppings mixed up on the sandwiches. Mine had half of what I added and his has the other half of what should have been on mine. For $12.50 for just the sandwich, I was really excited for that Firehouse Sub I'm used to. I used GrubHub for delivery, so they must have decided to cut corners to get it out the door and figured I can't go up to the counter to ask for it to be fixed. Such a bummer because I always talk up such a big game for FH subs!

First time at Firehouse subs. Was confused how to order. Thinking it was like subway . No you pick a sub. Sit-down and wait. Your sub is made and brought to your table. Sub was Amazing. Warm and bigger better than a subway. Chips and a drink. Those drink stations that have every choice possible. Clean . Good food friendly environment. Prices. Felt high. Intell my sub arrived first bite realized it was worth it. And have may sauses to splash on your hoggie. So go check it out and get full .

Great sandwich spot located in a strip mall just off Bangerter Highway in S Jordan. Very clean, bright and airy.
Friendly staff.
I’ve never had a bad meal at this location.
Food is made fresh and served up promptly.
Fairly reasonable prices. Fresh ingredients.

Hot sauce bar is so choice ..

Walked in only a few people sitting inside and soon as we walked up to order was told 30 minute wait for anything. What

Almost walk out and called in but then decided if they are going to make me wait 30 minutes with nobody in the store ordering NO Thanks I’ve been here before and it’s been great this time a big No 👎 maybe different way to handle call in’s or more employees I don’t know 🤷‍♀️. They didn’t seem to mine us walking out

We ordered 4 sandwiches yesterday, Saturday night. Waited 20 minutes. The crew was goofing around throwing food and catching it in their mouths, when they noticed that my husband was watching they stopped. They were more focused on goofing off than doing a good job. Brought the 4 sandwiches home and they were the worst sandwiches we have ever had. So sloppy, the quality was terrible. Forgot the bacon on the club sandwich. Asked for pickles, didn’t get any. We used to love this location. Not anymore, never going back.

Usually this place is pretty dang good but I placed an online order for delivery for two medium sandwich combos and a kids combo. The kids combo had more meat than either of the medium combos and then half the items we ordered like drinks and chips were missing. We did a coupon for the missing items but the quality of the subs was enough to make the whole meal regrettable.

My husband went today on his lunch brake and got the bbq brisket sandwich. Not only did it take 30 minutes to make they didn’t even put bbq sauce on it. What a joke if you’re going to take the long to make it at least make it right. With out the bbq sauce it’s not even a good sandwich. Very disappointing for this location
