The Take a Hike ice coffee is my all-time favorite coffee. I’ve never had anything better. The service is very friendly, the shop is adorable. My favorite spot. Really wish there was a location downtown SLC!!!!

Ground to Earth is a great place to meet up and have a conversation with like minded people. We highly recommend the drinks and food. They also carry a variety of gift items from local vendors. Wanted to charge me for a milk substitute when they were out of whole milk. Wanted to charge .25¢ for balsamic on a sandwich. Bitter coffee. 20 mins wait for a bagel with avocado on it. Smallest turkey sandwich for $8.50. Table we sat at outside has pieces of the wood missing and it snagged my clothes. This place sucks.

Whoever responded to this post needs a lesson in hospitality, your cafe was not busy when we came in so there’s no excuse for spreading avocado on a bagel taking 20 minutes. Restaurants & cafes charge substitutions when it is by choice, when your cafe or restaurant is out of something the substitution is not charged. You’re choosing to keep tables that have entire pieces of wood missing from them, just purchase new outdoor seating and chill on the self righteous sarcasm. Not a good look for a business owner to talk down to customers when your business was the problem, not me. Not sure what else I expected from a small time coffee shop in daybreak of all places.

If you're in the Daybreak area this place is a must-try! Their Take a Hike coffee is super popular and for good reason. It makes a non-coffee lover like me want to drink coffee. Ambience is very nice as well, we went in to have a coffee and study once. Check it out!

Coffee beans had great flavor. The baristas were kind and energetic. The atmosphere was cozy and calm.

I've booked the Ground to Earth mobile drink truck multiple times for my work's staff appreciation events. I couldn't love them more! Jess makes the whole booking process so easy and her staff are so kind when serving our employees. Plus, they have a wide variety of drinks from coffee, energy drinks, teas, Italian sodas, and fancy lemonades. This is sooooo nice because we have a diverse workforce and it ensures everyone can partake in a refreshing beverage. Did I mention that their pricing is also affordable unlike many other trucks?!! Seriously, you can't go wrong with booking their truck for catering events or even stopping in their cute shop for a muddy chai (my personal favorite!).

I have been coming here once a week for almost a year now and love it. Love the Grand and Take a Hike Signature coffee. Absolutely love the little kid toys they have available. My 2yr old loves every Thursday because we get to go to the coffeeshop ?

It was amazing coffee I’m an enthusiast when it comes to coffee I probably drink 40 60 oz a day I know it’s not good but I always stop at local shops to get a vanilla latte and she knows what she is doing it was amazing

Got the take a hike because they recommended it and I LOVED IT perfect amount of everything and the service and employees were amazing!!
