I came in tonight to try the okonomiyaki. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. It was delicious and so was the sushi we loved this place and we will be back! We had the firebird roll and that was a lot of fun with the blue flames. My husband had the salmon kama. All delicious. We liked reading the story of itto sushi in the menu.Parking: Tons of parking

As a part of a positive dining experience for me, I like to be able to at least hear the guests that I am with. This particular restaurant has a real noise problem. I think with some effort, they could reduce the decibels in their considerably and make the experience more positive.
Itto is the best Japanese restaurant in Utah.Itto himself also offers the best omakase in the west coast of the US.
