I gave this location several attempts, and every time the service at the drive thru was painfully slow, food came out soggy and/or cold, and this last visit my friend got super sick from his burger. Never again. I don’t care that it’s the closest one to my house. We’ll go elsewhere or drive 30 minutes to a different Jack in the Box.

The employees were friendly, which is about the only thing I can give a positive review on our experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. While we were here, there were three people who went through the drive through who came in because there food was made wrong. One person had his sandwich made three times, where his complaint was they did not include the lettuce or tomato on it. The made it three times, and did not add it. The last time he walked out, looked and then decided not to bother and just walked away. They made one of our sandwiches twice because they couldn't get it right. We finally just asked for a refund on the sandwich. I don't recommendordering from this location.

Almost everyone from the drive thru was coming in with their food wrong. Waited over 35 minutes for orders in dine in for food to still be wrong. But the inside was very clean and everyone was being polite and professional. They did give us compensation for our wait when we brought up our frustrations. I think the location could be good with a better system for orders and verification they are correct.

I waited for 45 mins for an online order that was never prepared , I’m not sure if this location is short staff or they have employees that have no urgency in helping prepare food but this was the second time I waited for food for above normal wait times, compared to most fast food chains. maybe under new management and staff that location can become better to place to visit.

We went inside to eat at Jack in the Box. There was nobody in line ahead of us. So we walked up to the register, but there wasn't anyone there to assist us. After standing there for several minutes, we assumed that we put in our order on a screen that looked like the register. No one talked to us until we had started putting in our order. By that time we finished our order, there were at least 10 people behind us. We only saw staff to give people their orders.
When they called our order number, my sister went up to get it. They only gave her 2 cups for drinks but we ordered 3 drinks. When she said something, the lady glared at her and then, without saying anything, gave her another cup.
When we went through our order, we luckily had everything (minus the issue dealing with the cup). But I was given my burger with pickles on it even though I had requested no pickles.
The entire experience was horrible but at least the food tasted as it should. It would be helpful to have friendly, helpful staff and signs that let people know that we should put in our own order. Then when the line gets long, have either more than one kiosk available for people to enter their orders or have staff come and help people put in their orders.

Very poor customer service and and even longer wait! Ordered a basic #1 and took 35 minutes to get the food! So much for my lunch and only 2 or 3 people working. Very bad attitude and no sense of urgency and I would highly recommend another jack in box location!

TLDR: The food is generally really good and my first experience there earlier in the day was great. don’t go in the late evening though, unless you want a bad time and the rest of your night to spare.

I’ve gone through the drive through 3 times now. The first time was great and I went before or close to 6pm. The other two times have been awful and those have been later in the day.
The drive thru sign is blindingly bright. Does not appear to be dimming at night. I’ve sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes without any attendance both of the last two times. This most recent time it took over 20 minutes for me to receive my food from the window. Long enough that the half of my order they made first was cold once I received it. All this took place while no cars had been in the drive thru ahead of myself and only 2 couples were inside (my passenger got out and checked while we waited).

Normally reliable Jack is not, came to this location on Sat early morning, cause I previously had the new scrambler and was really good, but this time it was a joke, was it the low price? Or early morning drive thru I don't give a hoot?

Waited 10 minutes to order even tho there was no one in front of us at the drive through the waited an additional 40 minutes for food finally gave up and drove away with out food so I spent $9 to be inline for almost and hour and not even get the food. Knocked on the window to try and get my money back but no one would come… pretty wild that this company is still in business

Waited at the window for about 20 minutes with no one in line mind you just to get this. Terrible and no excuses to hand this to someone. Half the food is not even on it!? have the decency to tell you don't have the supplies rather than scamming me and leaving me this half assed sandwich.

I was dashing tonight and I go in to pick up my Dasher's order. And the staff is fighting between themselves. So there's 5 of us dashers, waiting in the lobby. They dont tend to any of us. I waited there for over an hour. And when I started to get frustrated, because they would serve the drive through and not the dashers, they threatened to call the cops on me.
And would put other people's orders before mine. When I had been waiting there the longest one of the employees was crying,The male employee who was the cook, Was talking badly about that employee who ended up walking out in the midst of all this craziness, and he would not stop talking about her. And it was the most uncomfortable,Most disgusting place that I have been in. If I could give it a negative 0 stars, I definitely would. I ended up leaving there so angry and disappointed and disgusted by those employees.
