The best Jack-in-the-Box experience I’ve ever had. The food looked like the pictures. The guy working at the window was funny an attentive.

Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of us. We only got two burgers and it was definitely not worth the wait. Plus, the person taking our order in the drive thru didn’t have basic customer service skills. They were very awkward and didn’t tell us they got our order or that we were good to pull forward. Very strange and unpleasant experience!

Totally mismanaged and run by sea slugs gasping for breath. Plenty of staff, but they run in sloth mode. The cashiers hide rather than deal with customers.

The mobile app is a joke. They only care about drive through orders , over 10 of us waiting for mobile orders...even though ours all say completed. So that's a lie. Also, there is no grab and go back as advertised.

For mid food, not worth it. Don't come in and don't use the app. Even better, just go to Warrens across the street or Chick Fil A. They know how to manage busy schedules.

First time here, staff is overwhelmed but they seem used to it! Our order was messed up as with others that ordered. Took 25 min and the fries were like they sat and were deep fried again crispy. Food was cold which you would think would be hot and fresh for how busy it was. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not return again!

Service is sloowwwww! There should be a way for them to stop all app orders (doordash/grub hub/mobile) if you can't keep up with the people in person. It's ridiculous that you come here for "fast food" and wait over 2 hours just to get your food after ordering. The girl there had several mental melt downs everytime someone asked her a question, and to top it off- our whole order was wrong.

If you're looking to buy DOODIE then this is your place! Animals, I tell ya, were running it! Food was cold, manager didn't understand a single word all the 40 people in line were asking, and when I finally got my food, they put tomatoes on my hamburger!! Ugh! Who even likes tomatoes!! Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't be surprised if this dirty kennel goes out of business in about 1 dog year...

I really hate to write this, because the staff was so nice. But they were short staffed and I waited in the drive through line for OVER AN HOUR. There were 7 cars ahead of me. I should not have waited more than 10 minutes. If you are really that short staffed, close the drive thru and just focus on inside! I drove all the way from Orem for this place and it was not worth it.

Alice, the manager, went above and beyond to make our first visit to this Jack in the Box a positive one. The food was good. Loved the tacos! The establishment was clean, tables were wiped. All in all a great experience.

I love Jack in a Box but the service is just awful. I ordered on Door Dash over an hour and it's still has not been picked up. Do not under any circumstance order from this location for Delivery.

Went to Jack at the District for a pick up order and the drive thru was long so I went inside to pick up. Stood there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally said I just have a pick up order and someone finally brought the food and I left. Get to the food, Jack sandwich ham, cheese and egg and it was gross. French Toast sticks were hard and I was not given syrup. I did not even want to try the hashbrown. The only positive of this experience is I had a coupon for money off so I did not have to pay too much for this slop. Do better Jack.
