We've tried giving this location several chances but unfortunately it's always a disappointment. The guy who is usually working here alone in the mornings is nice but can't seem to get any of our orders correct. The past 4 times we've been I've had to bring back my order, due to missing items or our food was incorrectly made. I've even tried ordering something simple with no additional add ons to make it easy yet my order was still incorrect. I figured maybe he was just having an off day but after our 4th time, I don't think we will be back. It's more hassle than anything.

I always go to the one in Sandy when I go up north. They are always courteous, quick to respond and get my order ready Just a really good bunch of people.

man the smoothies are bomb always but like y’all don’t pay your workers enough tf you mean 7.25 an hour???also the space is weird like there’s no tables but other than that it’s pretty sickI always feel like a true boss queen when I go here and I get the whole frickin green smoothie with the whey protein add ons and stuff like a healthy person ???no but one time I went here and there was one guy in the entire store trying to serve like 10 customers at one time and he’s probably getting paid minimum wage if you’re gonna make your smoothies overpriced just pay your workers please they’re usually like really chill and nice people

We got couple of drinks at this location and the girl who made the drinks made an honest mistake, she switched my son‘s and another customer‘s drinks. My son did not touch the drink yet by the time she realized it. What upset me was the way the manager reacted to it: he came up and asked us to give the drink back, then he took the drink and tossed the new, big size smoothie simply in the garbage. I thought this was ridiculous especially because he did not even ask us if we wanted to keep it, like other stores that make mistakes do! I found it very weird, considering there are people starving and him reacting the way he did. We would have been fine with keeping the wrong drink, too. And if not, at least he should have offered.

The man working the register today was super rude. Maybe don't talk to customers like they are stupid. Also change in attitude would be nice. If he is working I'd go to the next closest location.

Updated...seems like they hired more people a while back so the hours they're open isn't shaky now. I'm glad we have a Jamba nearby.

Although I always love a good Jamba smoothie, this location was quite a bit awkward. They still have tables blocking their countertops and registers, you can barely reach the pin pad to scan your card. I couldn't shop through any of the cups or tumblers because they are all put up high, out of reach. There's no more product displays to shop through anymore. There's no tables and chairs for people to sit and relax at the store, we were awkwardly leaning against the walls and walking around the empty space. Good smoothies but not an inviting atmosphere for people at all! I wouldn't be surprised if sales here have dropped drastically. I hope this company and management can look at this from a business perspective, and customer point of view.Love, a fellow merchandising manager?

My experience here is always so freaking bad. It's been that way for years. Not only is customer service bad, but the smoothies here never taste the way they do at Jordan Landing or any other Jamba I've been to. The people here are never willing to help much and they act like you're a Karen when they're really not giving you basic people service. Last straw is them not refunding an order I needed cancelled, something Jordan Landing has done a hundred times. Sad joke. Not going to this one again.

Really good smoothies. I only go here every now and then when I'm shopping nearby but it's consistently good service and quality.

Don’t go to this location!!!!!! I went to the store and order and açaí bowl and another juices, I spent 20 minutes waiting for my bowl, while I was waiting another 4 other bowls came to the store and they were delivered, at that point I asked for mine and the lady didn’t respond, she just looked back at the other employees, after been waiting for almost 30 or more minutes I decided to cancel the order and ask for a number to made a complain and the lady gave me a fake number, I returned to the store and asked her what she was playing with me and she gave me another number also not related to the store, her name was Brooklyn ( I’m 100% sure is also fake) after all of this she didn’t even apologize and she was in a very bad attitude, she took a picture of my car plate when I was leaving (what was that about? )
