Every time I arrive at this restaurant, the staff always laughs when I get there. This is not the first time, and honestly, I'm getting tired of this situation. I will talk to the manager about it because it's not professional at all. What a lack of respect from all those people.

I’m standing here at the “restaurant” making a review not being helped by the 3 people standing behind the counter. Terrible customer service. Will not return to this location

We came in for subs tonight & they were phenomenal! All our toppings were put on by Connor & that guy's the real deal-what a fantastic employee!!! The meats & cheese got added by Chase & he was a great employee, too. I hope all of our experiences there are like the one we had today. 🙂

Online orders are NEVER ready as stated on app, always 15-20 min after time provided once order is submitted, ridiculous! Update app system to give more accurate times, this location is hit or miss for us.

Never been to a Jersey Mike's before but this location blew me out the water. Crispy bacon, Perfect crust on the bread with soft interior, fresh veg and quality service with a smile! The only thing that sucks is now I'm going to have to increase my food budget because I'm going to be coming back a lot...

I’ve ordered from this Jersey Mike’s location twice so far, and both experiences have been great. The staff are friendly, efficient, and really pay attention to how you want your sandwich made. They’re happy to customize it exactly to your preferences.

The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh right in front of you, so everything is made to order. The place is clean, well-kept, and hasn’t been too busy during my visits.

There’s a wide variety of sandwich options to choose from. If you’re not sure what to try first, I highly recommend the #7 Turkey and Provolone made Mike’s Way, with pickles, yellow mustard, and mayo added. It’s a simple, flavorful option you can’t go wrong with.

Pricing is pretty decent for the quality you get. No complaints so far. Great food, great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Got charged $3 for one piece of bacon. They refused to help out with my giftcard when it wasn’t working. I just went to another location and it worked completely fine.

Food is okay for what it is. Nothing special. It’s the attitude of the crappy employees that makes me never want to rerun here again.
Arrived to pickup an order and my bag was basically thrown at me and then said bye.
Not interested in returning again.

On Sunday, the crew of two employees ignored those waiting in line so they could make delivery orders. All those ahead of me and eventually my group just decided to leave after waiting 20+ minutes. I let guy employee know why we are all leaving and got a sarcastic goodbye. Sorry experience for a place we’ve enjoyed many times before. Plenty of better restaurants nearby.

Very welcoming great service I was served by tow employees one said he had been there for a few weeks couldn't even tell he was doing a fantastic job and responded to someones criticism perfectly they were under staffed but kept their cool and we're getting orders out beautiful this is the backbone of America
