First location I’ve been to. Way better than Subway, and enjoyed their Philly.

For the first time in a long time, they got our order exactly right. My mushroom Philly had mushrooms on it and my daughter got her banana peppers! Whomever was at the helm of the South Jordan location today.... WELL DONE!!!

To the 3 guys working this afternoon on Halloween (stating this so the owner can figure out who the 3 were haha), you made my day! I came in HANGRY and exhausted after volunteering all day at my kids school for their class parties and not only was the customer service exceptional but sandwich with the EXTRA EXTRA pickle hit the spot! Customer service is so hard to come by these days and who ever manages/owns this store - these 3 need a raise. They were charming and hilarious! Thank you again!

I stopped in tonight around 7:20pm to order dinner, they close at 9:00pm. The restaurant was empty and 2 teenagers were on duty. They were just finishing cleaning the flat top when I walked in to order. I tried to order a cheesesteak and a cold sub. They then told me that the flat top was over worked from making bacon and they couldn’t make my cheesesteak. I have never heard this from any other restaurant I have been to. I don’t know if they didn’t want to dirty to cooktop again or because they were starting on closing duties, but I was feeling irritated that I wouldn’t be able to get my cheesesteak. I asked them to not make the cold sub either and I left. Very disappointed tonight in a chain I have come to really enjoy.

DON'T EXPECT SUBWAY HERE!! I had Never heard of it before ... But I'm glad I did very good selection sandwiches. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch like the young gentleman suggested I get instead of bleu cheese. I was expecting subway toaster warm sandwich. Nope. They use a grill and grill it up Also I have never seen agave vanilla cream soda before. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Shop was clean and Inviting. Will be going again.

Kid-friendliness: There was a family already enjoying their meal together including an infant who looked like he was safe and comfortable in the high chair that they had been provided.

Wheelchair accessibility: I KNOW THEY SHOULD ALL BE ACCESSIBLE NO MATTER WHAT LIMITS YOU. BUT YES THIS SHOP WAS ADA CONPLIANT

Didn't honor fundraiser gift card for free sub. We had two cards, and the manager begrudgingly gave us $5 off and took one of the cards. The card offers a free regular sub ($8-10 value). I understand this store may not be owned by the same individual who provided the cards. I'm still annoyed that we paid $10 for a fundraiser card and received $5 off.

Rush, mason, mekanzie are awesome they welcomed me with a smile and were awesome! Best subs in town thanks to the staff!
