I went here for breakfast with my 3 kids (10,8 and 15 months) and it didn't seem as busy because there wasn't that many people but it took about 10 minutes after sitting down for someone to come and order. After that it took almost an hour for our food to come. With 3 hungry kids (especially a 15 month old) they were all getting hangry and it wasn't fun trying to keep them from being annoyed and crying and we kept being told that it was coming. A manager came over after I asked how long it will be and she kept saying we will check but our food just seemed to not be coming. She then came over and asked what room number we were in and after I told her she said our food was on the house and we didn't have to pay which I honestly appreciated. A group of people came in after us and their food came out within 5 minutes so it just made me wonder why ours took almost an hour. We didn't really enjoy this experience and went somewhere else for breakfast the next day.

Very nice Holiday inn. Newly remodeled rooms. Very nice hotel. Unfortunately free breakfast is not offered because they have an in hotel restaurant. They do have laundry and also have a 24-hour pool. Overall I would stay here again. Check in process was very quick

Have stayed here a total of eight nights over the last month. No complaints really in any area. Some of the staff at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful and some is less so. I think I would would stay here again in the future if I needed to.

Room was roomy and clean but the biggest impressions is their staff. Brian helped me during a closed bar evening and was able to take my order, serve my delicious dinner and pour me a glass of wine even though the bar was not staffed. A++ service. Thank you.

9/30, made reservation for 12/28 for 4 days at Holiday Inn South Jordan thru Priceline. 12/28, show up at 8:36, I was told I do not have a reservation. I showed the proof of registration from Priceline. She then told me that they no longer do business with Priceline, Travelocity, etc, etc. No online bookings are being accepted(not to matter that the reservation was made almost 3 months prior. . I explained that they have my money, they said they gave it back to Priceline. I argued, note here, do not argue, you are no longer allowed to be anything less that cordial, they called the police to have me removed. They accused me of Screaming at them, this was confusing as my voice is very hoarse and could not be raised. I asked to speak to the manager and the deficient night clerk gave me a card with his name and number on it, however the phone number rang straight back to the desk. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, they didn't even offer to book me a new room. Hooray for LaQuinta for accommodating my wife & I. Priceline did give me my money back, they had to have it released from Holiday Inn.

Amazing place to stay at not so much for the settings and location but the staff here make the whole difference. Nothing is too much bother and no one will watch you struggling. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you and ensure you are a happy customer as they work as a team. Very refreshing and rare these days. Thank you. I’ll be back

We stayed here twice in the past two weeks. Both visits were very fine. Nice room. Clean hotel. Good bed and TV. Most staff were helpful. All around the hotel is in good condition. Beware this hotel now charges a $50 security fee upon checkin. Never heard of this at a HI Express before. It is added to your bill and then removed if you do not damage the room. The front desk person, not the best, told us the reason is "the neighborhood." Well, I have seen good and bad neighborhoods and this hotel is not in a bad neighborhood. Heck I do not think there is a bad neighborhood in all of South Jordan, Utah. I was leery so when we checked out I wanted a receipt showing the $50 had been removed. It was and I have proof. But they took the security fee off without checking our room. Makes me wonder what is going on here. That said, this was a good hotel and I recommend it.

Holiday Inn keeps its reputation for mediocre restaurants with this establishment. While the decor was very nice, the one person hostess/waitress/bartender/room service staff limited service quality. We were lucky only two other couples and one single were present while we ate. The bar was out of my first three beer choices from the menu, and well after we ordered, I was told they were also out of the sauce for my fish. I switched to the ribeye my date had ordered. The quality of steaks was marginal, with a lot of gristle. We both ordered medium rare, but my date's steak came well done, likely due to sitting under a heating lamp while it waited on the delay for my steak order. Although the waitress offered to replace the overdone steak, the meal was pretty much over by then. Other than a nice quiet, comfortable decor, I can't recommend this restaurant.

The food was horrible and the service was not much better. We ordered the wing appetizer. The wings came out cold and overcooked. About 30 seconds later, the entrees came out. My wife ordered the pulled pork sliders. Whatever meat was in the sliders was not pulled, but diced and was raw in the middle. The Diet Coke was completely flat and tasted like dirt. It appeared that there was only one person working and she was taking care of the restaurant and room service by herself.

Food was ok, came out cold, flavor was lacking, service was poor. Mostly due to only having one server for the restaurant and bar
