The service was terrible. The server and manager on duty were in abad attitude. Magaly and I don’t even remember the name of the server. They have items in the menu that they don’t have available for customers at the restaurant. My family and my friend family will ever come back here.The ice cream was old old old and the portions minimal for the price.

The service was the worst I've experienced. The food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and we were the only ones there at the time.The Chili Verde wasn't bad but the portions were small. The rice and beans had no flavor whatsoever. I would have liked to drown them in hot sauce but we never seen the waitress after she brought the food. I had to even go up front to get my bill.One last thing, they should give you a straw to eat your beans. They were so watered down it was ridiculous.Hopefully they will take this review to heart and improve.Good luck....

La Hacienda didn't live up to the expectations that other had set for it. The food was good, I got the Combo plate with a smothered burrito and chicken tamales which was as expected. and my father got the ceviche and really enjoyed it. The service and setting was overall underwhelming. There is a good chance I won't return unless invited.
We walked in and got seated, but our server, Estefany, walked past us to the other tables multiple times and ignored us. We were ready to order our food when she took our drink order but she didn’t want to take our order yet. She walked past us several more times and completely ignored us. Then once we did order, she misunderstood one of our meals and wrote it down wrong. When they brought our food, one meal was not what we ordered, and the server proceeded to show another server that we were wrong because she had written something else down, right in front of us. So rude! They did still fix it and bring out the correct meal. The food was great as usual! But when the check came, we were charged for the wrong meal and the right one. So I was examining the check to make sure it was correct and our server was watching me like she had charged us for both meals on purpose and hoped I wouldn’t even look at the check and just pay for both. When she realized I was examining it closely, she acted like she just realized she had rung it up wrong and fixed the check without me mentioning it, so obviously she knew she’d done it on purpose. She was just absolutely, passively rude and negligent throughout the whole experience. Worst customer service ever.
