Bar is not open seating, you need to have an in with a waitress to get a table. We were bumped after waiting 40 minutes for a table in the bar area for the waitresses friends who had only been there 20 minutes.

Waited 20 minutes and didn’t even get our drink order in. No one came over to take our order.

This restaurant is looking rough! Definitely needs a DEEP cleaning! Food all over the floor and under the tables. Used to love coming here but now it’s starting to feel “dumpy! Food is good. Both steaks had to be sent back because they were definitely NOT medium well.

First-time I went here I picked up an order to go. They forgot 1 of my drinks. No utensils. And No condiments. No bread. For as much as it costs to eat here, it would be nice to get everything that comes with your meal.

Definitely not the same. No prime rib and steak was crazy spicy. I wish they served white bread and I think they put strange vegan butter on broccoli. Just an odd restaurant. I hear some lunch specials are good.

They forgot to add the side on first takeout order, promised a gift card in that amount but it never came. When I placed another takeout order I asked them to include the side in addition to food I placed. Instead they just replaced one of my sides in the second order with the one that I didn’t receive the first time. Poor customer service and attitudes.

Was good food but the tbone could have been more evenly cooked. The service was great. They are a bit over priced especially compared to places like the Texas Roadhouse.

The food is great, the service is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is fantastic; or at least it was 13 years ago, which is the last time I was able to get a table there.
I tried again a few days ago, and the wait time was 1 hour and 55 minutes.

Very disappointing for the amount we paid. Our ribeyes were meh, and mine tasted mostly like the grill needed a good cleaning. The wait was forever, but that's what you get with steakhouses, and I understand that. I didn't love the waitlist/reservation process. Putting your name on the waitlist really doesn't do anything - you have to be there in person for the staff to put you in the queue. We learned that the hard way and ended up waiting about 90 minutes when we were told the waitlist time was 70 minutes. Our server was friendly but forgot about us multiple times. We had to flag him down to bring us our bread. We did enjoy our salads which tasted fresh, and my sweet potato was good. The raspberry lemonade was weak and too sweet though. We hadn't been to Longhorn for years, but thought we'd give it another shot. In retrospect, we should have gone elsewhere.

Had a party of 6, Got put on the list and was told 60 minute wait. We received a text saying your on the list and then went and wait. 70 minutes later went in and asked how much longer. They said they kicked us off the list because we didn’t come in with in 5 minutes. ( We were setting in The car in The parking lot) We never received the text and I showed him that we didn’t get a text. He then said I can put you back in the wait list but it would be a 30-45 minute wait again. When we finally got in. Our order came out wrong and we had to wait again!!! This was terrible and the guy at the front desk acted like he had no care in the world.

We have enjoyed Longhorn Steakhouse throughout the United States. However, we were extremely disappointed. We waited for a very long time to get our meals— and then when it came, everything was extremely cold. Steak, hamburgers, fries, French onion soup, chicken burger. I think the server forgot about us, and the food had been sitting out for awhile. It will be a long time before we go back to this Longhorn Steakhouse.

We waited over 10 minutes before someone even took our drink order and then we ordered at the same time as our drinks… Sat for over an hour before checking with our waitress to see what was taking so long as the place was empty at this point… Manager came and pretty much acted like we were lying and told us we barely ordered 20 minutes ago??? Which means our waitress sat there and didn’t put in our order that entire time we were there waiting for our food.

Instead of trying to be nice and make it right (literally just a simple, hey, I’m sorry it took so long guys! Don’t need free food or anything, just an acknowledgment…) he just wants to argue at the table about how we only were there for 20 minutes??? How would he even know? lol.

Our waitress was nice and steak was cooked great but definitely won’t be coming back based on our service.

Our waitress was amazing. Darlene was the funniest, kindest, and most competent server. I'd come back just for the service.
Food was good too. 🙂
