Market street used to be one of those special event places to go for a fancy date night or celebration, not any more. Waitress did a good job selling their special to be a super tender and juice prime rib brined for 42 hour and slow cooked for 18. It was nothing of the sort. There was still gristles of fat not yet rendered, not tender, and not tasty. Now let’s get to the king crab… meat was dry shells were soft. AKA overcooked. Market price, I would venture $60/pound. Maybe 2-3 pounds on the plate. Okay fine that’s $120-180. NOPE! $280 I’m sorry nearly $300 for two legs. Not if you want returning customers. Sides were tasteless and boring.
Always amazing! Fresh seafood in Utah! We all enjoyed the variety. The whole family loved the Clam Chowder! We had to take a quart home, (along with yummy desserts!)
Food was okay ... expected way more flavor for price. Nice atmosphere. Nice staff.
The good:
Place is nice and clean and set up well. Our server, Tiaja, was amazing. Great service, was patient and gracious with us chatting/camping at her table for a while.
The not so good:
$16 for a pub sized and pub level quality burger is ridiculous. I know prices have risen everywhere, but I could go get the same plate of food several places for about a third of the cost. The burger patty was preformed, frozen and straight from FSA. Based on this I don't think I would go back.
The food was delicious!
Came for lunch with colleagues. Really good atmosphere, Oysters were fresh and tasty. Fish Taco was good but a little dry.
Everything about this place was great!! Definitely would go again!
Had a reservation of 12 on Mothers Day morning and we had a very good visit! We were sat quick even with a full restaurant, our waitress Kelsey was so welcoming and accurate with everything from the beginning to the end of our stay. I loved the crab benedict and mimosa!
Had a very disappointing evening tonight at the South Jordan location of market Street Grill. The service was ridiculously slow. Our waiter disappeared numerous times for 25 plus minutes. People that got there a half hour after us left 25 minutes before us due to the lack of service we received. We were only a party of two and we're there for an hour and 45 minutes trying to have dinner. At the end of the evening I told the manager how poor the service had been that evening. The manager, Levi, did absolutely nothing about it. Clearly the management there does not care about customer service. This restaurant is ridiculously overpriced in the first place and to receive such horrific service on top of it is appalling. I guarantee I won't be returning in the next 5 years. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody until they improve their customer service and replaces their management with somebody that cares about customer service.
Food and service was extra good- Girlfriend dinner and we didn’t feel rushed! Serving size keeps getting smaller with every visit but the quality was decent!

The clam chowder is very good.
It pains me to give them 3 stars, but they keep cutting corners. New bread, new ice cream that are not nearly the quality of the past unfortunately.
Cool place. Service was amazing. Waitress was extremely fast and attentive. Nothing about the food sticks out in my head good or bad.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always fantastic, as is the service. While expensive, it is quality seafood that is always delicious! They make the best tartar sauce in house.
This place has the best seafood i ever had in Utah. My favorite was the blackened cobia. Fresh oysters were a new experience for me and it amazing a place in a landlocked state can provide that high quality seafood so consistently
