Disappointed from the walk in the door. Our server was only interested in the party room.Left our tables drinks at the bar. NEVER followed through on our second round of drinks as requested. Server, blamed every member of the support staff.There was zero reason for the slow, Oops I mean lack of service. We were a party of 4 with only 2 other tables. One of which left within 5 minutes of our arrival.I have no desire to return. Such a disappointment.

Clinking the s&p shakers together not once but 5 times at the table across from us because you were closing was ridiculous! Your brunch is supposed to be till 3. If you want the place cleared by 3 then don't advertise brunch till 3pm, our reservation was at 230. Serve brunch til 2 so you don't have to give subtle hints by having the service people clink shakers together at every table! What a total waste to be rushed to eat your food! And if the waitress wants to get home to be with her baby that's understandable but not at our expense! So disappointed! It was an Easter Brunch for our elderly moms!

My husband and I went to the South Jordan location today right at 5:00pm. I give 2 stars, 1 for the shrimp cocktail that was great, and 1 for our server Jordan who also was great.My dinner? I ordered the 6 oz filet mignon (medium-rare) and it was absolutely terrible! It was so tough I literally couldn’t eat it. I’ve been ordering filets for many years and I’ve never had one this poor. I paid $45 for a terrible dinner, and all they gave me was a free dessert. :(

Dining twice in one week. First night 6 of us gourged our selves on the fabulous bread along with an adult beverage. Clam chowder, salad along with an Oscar Halibut was to die for. Raspberry tart was a beautiful finish. The service was tops as usual.The 2nd night just 2 of us shared the Alaskan King Crab Leg dinner. The food and service the best.

Despite having reserved the private room 5 weeks before, they gave it to a group who made their reservation 5 days ago. The front desk people said they would comp us some appetizers for the mixup and led us to some tables pushed together in the main dining area. We asked our waitress to ask the manager how many appetizers we could get free, and the next thing we know, they are preventing the rest of our party from joining us because some didn’t have ID. They were insisting that everyone needed to show ID because alcohol was being served in that section, but they hadn’t asked the first half of our group to show any. We thought it was because our youngest sister looks youngish despite being 38 (though she had her ID on her phone to prove it). But no…next they were turning away my 50 year old sister with gray hair for not having her ID. We tried to reason with them, saying they hadn’t made us show ours. But they wouldn’t budge. Of course, we wouldn’t stay there to eat when they wouldn’t allow some of our party of 14 in for completely arbitrary reasons.I’m sure the petty management was quite pleased since they didn’t have to provide us free appetizers for the mixup with not reserving our private room. Horrible customer service—disorganized, petty, arbitrary. How would having a 38 year old mother of 5 and a 50 year old gray haired lady without ID in that section put your restaurant at risk of being shut down?!?! Never going there again!

PLEASE READ! Last year on October 31, 2023 my husband and I went to dinner as we have been at Market Street Grill before and liked the Prime Rib. We are from Elko, Nevada. When we went in this time we had reservation for dinner at 5. The host said that the dinning area was not open and we would have to sit in the bar area. We said that would be fine and we waited about 15 minutes before anyone came over. When our waiter did finally come over he asked us what we wanted. I told him we had not got menus but we were just going to order the prime rib. My husband ordered the larger piece, and wanted rare and and I ordered the smaller piece, medium well. After waiting for close to an hour our food came out. Our waiter put the food down and never asked if we needed anything else. He was all over the place and jacked up! When I cut into my meat it was raw! and my husbands was well done. I called the waiter over and he said he would get it fixed. 35 minutes later he came out and I had the larger piece, and it was well done and my husband had the smaller piece and it was medium well. Once again we told the waiter they got the meat mixed up and he took it back again. When he came back out They had given his the piece I had and gave me a piece that was rare. At this point we were just disgusted, and decide just to try to eat what we could. I told the waiter that we wanted to talk to the manager and he said that he would not be available for a while. We decide just to pay and call the next day when we got home. When I called I talked to Chris the manager and he said he was very sorry. And that we could come back in for another dinner. I told him I lived he Elko and that I would not be back over till after the new year. He said her would put us on a list for a free meal when we came back. The week of the 9th I call and they said he was off and I told the guy that we were suppose to have a comp for dinner. He said he never seen anything in the books and to call the next day which I did. A lady manger said she was aware of the issue and couldn't do anything till Chris got back on Monday. I told her we would be headed back home on Monday. She said I should of planned better! I sent Chris an email and a copy of the receipt which the girl said that they had nothing showing. He never responded or call us back. This is very poor customer service both on the manager and his mangers. They also need to check their employees for drug use as well. Thanks Chris for being a lair!

I think my expectations were too high. The food was just okay. Though we received good service, we felt like we were an annoyance to the staff and they were just trying to shuffle us through so they could focus on customers with a reservation and larger bill. To be fair, we didn't have a reservation.

17 March 2024We made reservations 5 days prior for 16 people. We also confirmed same day via text. This was my wife's 50th bday brunch. We sat for 40 mins without a beverage served. I asked for help from the manager Kent . He absolutely did not want to help in the slightest!It then took 1 hour and 20 mins to get food served. I did tip the servers very well as it's not their fault. It is the managers responsibility . Why make a reservation ??‍♂️.I even called and talked to Kent after and he absolutely did not offer an apology, very smug, rude, he breeds poor service! Thank you Kent for ruining my wife's 50th bday brunch!
