Absolutely love this place. Great decor, great service, and great food. The fresh sour dough is a nice touch. The clam chowder was amazing, and the portion was generous.Crab artichoke dip was pretty good, and the dipping chips were nice and thin.Tried the mahi mahi with pineapple sauce and it was pretty good. I feel like the mahi mahi didn’t really need any sauce because it was pretty tasty. The rice it came with, however, was dry.The fish n chips were pretty good and the batter was pretty tasty.Overall it’s a really nice place for any occasion.

We had a great time and brunch! My family and I visited Market Street Grill on Sunday, and we were sat down and ordered quickly. There was no wait, which was awesome. The ambiance was bright, spacious and unstuffy with tall ceilings. There is a fish market which has a scent of fish in the air, but not pungent. The decor is very east coastI ordered a mimosa and the two piece fish and chips. My husband did also- as well as a bowl of clam chowder- and our son got the French toast. We were served buns with with a cinnamon orange glaze. Very good- I wish we had more glaze (mine was a bit bare) but still yummy. Honestly, everything was delicious. The mimosa was fresh squeezed with some pulp and sparkly bright, and there was a cranberry option too. The chowder was creamy and robust- a generous portion and served with a lovely hunk of sourdough- not dry or hard to pull apart. My son's French toast was good as well, but a bit less sweet than he was hoping. Make sure to make use of the butter, which in a bowl on the table before we were sat.The fish was smashing! Breading was light, super crisp, and the fish was flaky and perfectly cooked. I loved the fries too- crispy and tasty! Our meal was about $66 before tip.One thing I was disappointed by was the bathrooms. They were pretty dirty. All in all, we had a great visit! We will go again for sure.

Not worth the price. Here is what was good: the salmon tacos and the french fries. But should I really be commenting on the french fries at a seafood restaurant? The seafood sandwich was a disgusting slop of mayo, and you couldn’t taste the actual seafood at all. We were also doubtful that any real crab was used in that sandwich. We also ordered two oysters - one of which was good, but the other had a “stink” to it and didn’t seem fresh. The service wasn’t good. We felt like they were just rushing us through our meal. The waiter never asked us how our meals were or inquired about what we may need.Don’t waste your money here.

Good wholesome food. No fuss just great flavor and great wait staff. I feel like a good staff is so difficult to come by. It says a lot of about a place when their waiters are friendly, attentive, busy, knowledgeable and encouraging about new things on the menu. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Well seasoned. Moist and cooked to perfection. Everything from the fresh vegetables garnishing the dinner salad to the side of broccoli, boiled potatoes and salmon. So good.

Consistently good steak and seafood for when you are in the mood to spend a bit more on a night out.Highlights include the best clam chowder anywhere and large onion rings with a very good texture. The staff are helpful and there's a case of fresh meats and treats to purchase for take home.

I love MSG - they have lunch specials everyday which works great for professionals like myself that work in this area.Nonetheless every time I come - they never give me lemons even though I ask for them (guy always says they’re in there) well they are not. They don’t give you utensils- it’s like how am I supposed to eat fish and chips, salad and soup…Sigh - if you get takeout make sure they give you utensils AND check - this is my 3rd time and I have yet to get lemons or utensils ?I also wish they would give you a side of their bread with your food I mean they would if I dined in… I always give my takeout person a $10 dollar tip because I’m thankful they work there and serve food.

Very very slippery. Been visiting Market Street for awhile. Grandma loves their crab dip but I think it makes her even more crabby. The food is very good and the atmosphere is nice but I can see it slipping. The newer owners are not putting the time and energy into keeping it in top shape, some of the food is just not the same quality and the service has also slipped a little. It’s too bad cause this place had it going on. Prices have not changed but the quality overall has. Easy 5 star before but I’m taking it to a 4 today, I hope they pick up their game.

The shrimp is HUGE, and the service is great!! The dip was just ok, lots of garlic and the crab tasted fake. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because the chocolate cake was obviously frozen and not fully defrosted. Although it presents beautiful the taste and moisture were VERY lacking.

From the staff to the food to the actual restaurant itself, Market Street Grill never fails to give the customer an amazing experience. The food is always on point, and the drinks are always delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough especially for people who don’t get to have seafood all the time. This is fresh not frozen seafood, and worth every penny.

I look forward to going to Market Street Grill because it usually makes my mom so happy. Unfortunately today, we were there for two and a half hours. Our server was really nice, but the shrimp was squishy, the chicken was dry and I found a bug in my salad. The bread was great as always but man, the quality is really going downhill. I hope they are able to get their previous quality back since it’s my mom’s favorite restaurant.

We keep giving them every opportunity to rebound but it ain’t happening! Tried Easter brunch and should have known when the place was empty. Had the lobster Benedict.. COLD and hard and tasted like fake lobster chopped up to disguise the taste and texture.. Even worst was the service... Asked for Stevia for coffee and it made it back about 10 minutes later and then server got an attitude when I asked why.... Interesting response... “ We have been trained to focus on our food order”. WHAT? Who says that.. Save your money it’s not getting better here.

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They provide large meals and for affordable rates. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff were super amiable and explanatory. I recommend this place.

Best place for fresh oysters in Utah! And their bar side is much nicer ambiance than the restaurant side.

Usually at star level restaurant, they were out of many of the things we wanted to order. The prime rib was also terribly overcooked. The server just agreed that's its overcooked and left.
