I don’t know what I just experienced, but it sure wasn’t acceptable. From the moment I pulled up, the service was an absolute mess. No greeting, no clarity, just attitude and confusion. I tried to be patient, but apparently, that’s a mistake at this location.
When I finally got my order—after waiting way too long—it was completely wrong. Not even close. And when I calmly pointed it out, I was met with eye rolls and silence like I was the problem. No apology. No effort to fix it. Just pure indifference.
I don’t expect five-star service from a fast food place, but I do expect the bare minimum. And this didn’t even come close. Sloppy, careless, and downright rude. If you can’t handle the basics—taking an order and delivering it correctly with a little respect—maybe you shouldn’t be open.

I Found a Bone in My McChicken?!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but today’s experience was beyond unacceptable. I get that McDonald’s isn’t known for perfect service—but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at one.
First—and most serious—I found a bone in my McChicken. That’s a major food safety issue and should never happen.
But it wasn’t just that. The entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. My wife and I placed two separate mobile orders—she used her points, I used mine. At the drive-thru window, they handed me my food but refused to give us hers. We showed the confirmation, proved it was paid for, and they even acknowledged the order. But for no clear reason, they told us it “wasn’t going to work” and sent us away without her food.
My wife hadn’t eaten and wasn’t feeling great—she was on her period and just wanted her McNuggets. I was just trying to be a good husband and take care of her. We pulled into a parking spot, and she broke down crying out of frustration and exhaustion.
So I went inside to fix it. And what do I find? Her food, already made, sitting right there. They just hadn’t given it to us. Their excuse? They claimed it was a “breakfast order.” It was 2:30 PM.
We will never return to this McDonald’s. And honestly, if you’ve read this far, I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

Came for breakfast at 10:24am and ordered a McMuffin with ham egg & cheese, left the drive through and opened my sandwich right away and the egg wasn't cooked all the way, the whites were runny and all over the bread. I am 20 weeks pregnant and cannot eat undercooked egg so I went back through the drive through at 10:32am and I wanted to get the same thing but they told me they are no longer serving breakfast and cannot remake my sandwich. I said I was just through the drive through and have my receipt with the time but they told me that right at 10:30am they "throw away" all the breakfast items. I asked for a refund which they did give me but I can't believe this is how they treat a pregnant woman, zero compassion.

The service is too bad, they are supposed to bring our food to the table and the guy called Raúl didn't even see where we were to give us our order and he left, everything is also very dirty and the service is too bad. We asked for some extra fries and they weren't delivered, spilling all over the floor, a lack of respect for McDonald's customers.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without pickles and onions, and ketchup for fries. I got a burger with onions and pickles and no ketchup. Fries were way too salty.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered an Oreo mcflurry. The ice cream was good but it is really just vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs on tops.
