I normally come here often and never have issues, but today was really disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes for my food, and when I finally got home, my boyfriend couldn’t even eat his sandwich because the bread was stale. I don’t mind paying for food, but I expect it to be fresh especially after such a long wait.
What made it worse was that the teens working were just goofing off and taking their time instead of focusing on orders. There used to be an older lady and an older gentleman who worked here who always made sure customers were taken care of and the food was good. Today was the complete opposite.
I’m extremely unhappy with this visit and hope management takes this seriously so the quality can go back to what it used to be.

Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They failed to bring out 4 cups with our tray. When we went to the counter to ask for cups, employees ignored us. We finally had to loudly ask for someone's attention and received an attitude in response. We ordered ice cream later on and the employees yelled for us to come get it at the counter. Poor customer service. On a positive note, the food was fresh and the play place area was clean.

I was assigned a door dash order at 12:04 and showed at at 12:08. They are closing one hour early and refusing to take service. Online it says you are still open until 1 am. This location is my least favorite to pick up door dash from.
