Bad customer experience, Had to talk to the manager because they charge me for an extra fry that I didn’t notice until right after I paid. Before getting my food, I told him about the extra fry and they said they couldn’t refund me. It seemed like she could give me a refund, but she was choosing not to because the original person tending to the window was telling me and her that she could.

Every single time I come here I regret all my life decisions and interactions that caused me to be at this location of McDonalds. I’ve been here multiple times and they have never gotten my order even 60% correct. I worked at McDonalds for 2 years and I literally don’t even know how you consistently mess up this bad. It is remarkable. Almost want to give extra stars for the creativity and bravery it takes to be so outrageously wrong and so unwilling to correct your mistakes. Also the short blonde girl with glasses is EXTREMELY rude so if you see her just know you’re in for a treat!! Even the employee who was helping me was rolling her eyes at her coworker and apologizing for how rude she was. Honestly gave me a chuckle and cheered me up a bit.

i’d recommend going to literally any other mcdonald’s in the area. I have gone to this mcdonald’s around 10 times and 8 out of 10 times i have had to go in because they haven’t given me the correct amount of food or the wrong order and they are extremely rude when you ask to have your order corrected.

This location consistently gives us an incorrect order, both in door dash or in person. They do NOT man their front registers or even answer guesting standing at the front. It takes a frustrating amount time to get them to even come see what you need including to push the button to open the bathroom. This is the closest McDonald's near my house so it's a hassle to go to others. VERY CONSISTENTLY WRONG AND DISAPPOINTING.

We placed an order at 7:28 PM through the McDonald’s app and waited around 10 minutes before I went to pick it up. When I got there I waited to see if the code would appear on the screen and it took 20-30 minutes of me just sitting there thinking somebody would check in or the order would appear on the screen before I had to ask them about my order. A lady came up and was no help at all, she asked for the code and I showed her it but she just said “nope” and left it there. Luckily a guy came up and cleared up the issue but it took them another half hour to finish the order and by then all the food was stale. By far the worst customer service I’ve had anywhere, fast food included.
