Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The place is always dirty. The yogurt machines are never clean. The employees are usually in the back. To top it off they ask for a tip at the register when they have done nothing to assist you. We won’t be back.

I was in here tonight about 8:40ish and was definitely not pleased with the service. We came in and it was a mess in there to begin with the tables were dirty the yogurt stations were dirty and the trash cans were filled and over flowing but then the employees started taking out the trash and one of the employees hit the over filled trash can and trash fell out instead of picking it up and taking it with her she looked at it shrugged her shoulders and walked out with another employee giggling. When they returned the trash was still sitting there and they didn't pick it up just walked past it. A group of people walked in and someone almost fell when they stepped on it. My son threw away his cup in the over filled trash since there was no other option and it was met with a dirty look from the employee. Worst location I've ever been to.

The cake batter frozen yogurt is delicious. Highly recommend

We showed up Friday night about 20 minutes before closing time. We got our yogurt and sat down and we were enjoying eating and visiting with our friends. At 9 o’clock sharp, the employees turned off all of the lights inside the restaurant and told us we had to leave. I have always enjoyed going to Menchie’s and the staff has always been friendly and courteous, but that night they were rude and unprofessional. There is a better way to encourage patrons to finish up and leave when it’s closing time. Turning off all the lights and telling everyone to leave is definitely not that way.

I had a disappointing experience at Menchies. The floors were sticky and covered in food, the counters were messy, and the garbage cans were overflowing. To make matters worse, one of the employees served himself ice cream and then went into the back. Shortly after, two girls walked out with a strong smell of weed. Quite an unfortunate visit. I will never return to this location.

Came in last Sunday grabbed my Menchie's and waited for the girl to come from the back for a while to ring me up. Then she asked for a tip. Not tipping self serve shouldn't ask for one.

Not as great as other locations, feels watered down and icier instead of as creamy. Don't ask for your rewards number. I would have given a one star if I've never been to a munchies before.
