I decided to try this place out on my way home from work as I had not eaten all day, and I do like me some pizza.
I ordered a single-topping Mega-Crust pepperoni pizza, and it was the most disappointing pizza I've ever eaten. Barely any cheese, barely any sauce, the crust was store-bought quality, and the pepperoni? 2 slices had a singular pepperoni on it, and 1 slice had ZERO PEPPERONI!!!! I'm sorry, that's completely unacceptable. I paid 12 bucks for this by the way. The pizza was very small too. I'm not kidding when I say I would have been happier eating a cheap Totino's pizza from my local Smiths. If you like pizza and want to try a new joint, I'm going to spare you the disappointment with this review, don't waste your money here.

Decent pizza but you had better hope there is nothing wrong with your delivery. If there is they will do nothing to help you and will pass you off to DoorDash who will ALSO do nothing to help you. I have to go to my bank to dispute my charge because my delivery was never received even though they marked it that it had been delivered. I tried for 45 minutes between three calls to Mod Pizza and 1 to DoorDash to get it resolved and nothing ever happened. Just a “well sorry, that’s someone else’s problem”

The pizzas were FLAVORLESS. I had an Alfredo chicken and my husband had a cheese pizza and both had no flavor. The crust has zero salt in it so it tastes like you're just eating dough. We also got the cheese bread and the rosemary was so strong that's all you could taste. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had at a restaurant.

Tried for the first time with my friends. The whole concept is so fun, I’ve always wanted to have a custom pizza made. Service was excellent and the staff were very quick to take and make my order. Place was clean and I liked the drinks they offered. They are very generous with the toppings. Pizza was yummy, of course it all depends on what you decide to put on it. It’s a lot of food but they offer self serve to-go boxes etc. which it’s nice to not have to go up to the front to ask for. I would visit again. :)

I would have given a great review in the past for the salads 🥗 being worth every bit of the price but, when I went inside with my 7 year old to eat today the guy whom I assume was the “manager” made my salad and I may as well have asked him for a tablespoon of each topping because that is what I got. I felt like it was fair that I ask for a mini salad to go for free because I just paid over 11 dollars for a salad that wouldn’t fill up my kid. So, the same guy was rude to me bringing it to his attention and asking for a comped mini Ceasar. Luckily one of the other employees overheard and responded kindly and said that that it shouldn’t be a problem at all. whilst the manager rolled his eyes and tried to say it wasn’t actually ok to comp the salad but then begrudgingly made it as I took my daughter into the restroom. I came back out of the restroom to find him talking rudely about me to another employee. I smiled and said that I really appreciated him making me the mini salad and left and I won’t be returning. I’ve ordered a mod entree salad to go many times from this location and it’s usually more than I can eat so this entire interaction was frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

We came here Sunday June 30th as our family loves Mod! First time dining at the South Jordan location and WOW, we definitely won't be going back. There were lots of tables open to eat at yet NONE were clean. My husband had to wipe the table down so we could all eat at a semi-clean table. All the employees and managers were on their phones texting or doing whatever. So unprofessional. The Midvale location off Fort Union is WAY cleaner! We will never give back to the SO Jordan location. Absolutely lazy managers and staff and disgusting tables. If I could give zero stars I would!
