Gian Luca has a super good attitude. I liked him so much that I had to ask for his name. The pizza is great if you know what to ask for. Those special red color peppers are amazing. I’ve never heard of them or tried them anywhere. (Not the ones in the photo. I already ate the half that had them on it)

I typically order through the drive through but usually end up waiting quite a long time at this location. I always notice them helping the in store guests first. I decided to try an online order this time as I was in a hurry with a shortened lunch. I placed my order and even gave it 5 minutes past the arrival time to pick up, knowing they run behind sometimes. When I went up to the line she said, oh yours is next. Then she proceeded to place my pizza in the oven. I asked how long it would be and explained it should be ready by now. She told me another 10 - 15 minutes. I sat and waited. When they called my name the gentleman cutting the pizza I don't think noticed I was sitting right at the bar. He SHOOED a fly off my pizza that continued to land on it. I watched him pick a couple of pieces of something off the pizza with his bare hands. When I opened the pizza it had bell peppers scattered on it. Like maybe they had spilled or had accidentally placed and tried to be picked off. Needless to say I ate 1 piece of my pizza as I was so disgusted as well as out of time for lunch. Long story short, the quality of the food was well below standard.

I did a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 9:18 and I didn’t leave until 20 min later. They didn’t even acknowledge me for 10 min. I get that they were super busy and I was trying to be nice but I watched so many people come in order and get their pizzas before mine was even in the oven and then my pizza isn’t even fully cooked because he was trying to be fast I guess I heard him tell someone he turned up the oven so they would cook faster but it just made the edges slight crispy and the middle uncooked. I didn't notice til I got home. They tried to be nice about it but pretty upsetting
