Mountain Mike's Pizza

Man, this place has gone down hill a lot over the last year. We went for lunch today and the person taking our order was not very friendly or helpful, they took forever to get our food and they assumed we were getting it to go and put it in a box instead of bringing it out on the pan.

Worst of all though was it was super loud, hot and dirty. Definitely not going here again.

This was a one and done! I would not recommend this place. Let me start off with the positive. The staff was very pleasant! Unfortunately, the food not do much! The soda machine had no ice, so the soda was flat and warm :(. We ordered garlic cheese bread with marinara. The marina was so think it seemed like it had been in the fridge for a month, terrible! This pizza was like a card board pizza you could buy at the supermarket and cook at home. Then to top it off the bathrooms were horrible! The smell was awful and no toilet paper in either stall or paper towels to dry your hands. Don’t even bother!

I looked this place up online and it said that it closed at 10 pm. We pulled up at 9pm and it was closed. I didn't get to eat there and so I have no idea if the food is good. I'm going to attempt to eat there again because the inside looked pretty cool. It reminded me of the pizzerias from back in the 1990s where you can dine in and play video games and all the little league baseball teams would go there after the game. Hey let's bring that back!

No slices at a pizza restaurant... Need I say more

$44 for 1 20-inch pizza with two toppings is a bit much. We waited over 45 minutes for our order as well.

I hadn't been in many years and had seen the banner advertising the lunch all you can eat special. The pizza was amazing and made for a great lunch! Salad included. When paying the person skip the tip screen and didn't ask for a tip. I really appreciate it the awesome service and quality of food and not expecting to get paid in addition to what was already being charged. Made me want to leave a tip.

Highly recommended to go try their Pizza and support their business.

I ordered two pizzas. They delivered 1 pizza the wrong one and an order of potatoes. I called and was told that “it’s not their problem” because DoorDash delivered. Well they are the ones that stapled my receipt to the wrong order…never ordering from these clowns again. I’d give zero stars if I could. See receipt.

So I heard mixed reviews of this place so we decided to give it a try. First of all the atmosphere was good, nice place as we dined in. The salad bar was horrible to say the least. All the items looked as if they were sitting there for a week or so. Nothing was fresh and everything was just about empty and needed to be restocked. Nobody came to change stuff out or restock so that was disappointing. The pizza is good but man do they skimp on the toppings. For the price, you would think they would put more stuff on them but no. The crust is really good tho…The garlic knots are amazing and was the best thing we ordered. I’m glad we tried it but it’s a one and done for us. The Pie is in a whole different class and is way better. Please address the salad bar, your customers deserve better!!

For the second time in a row our pizza was ordered with extra sausage and only came with 8 pcs. One on each slice, fail. Our garlic knots were not cooked thru and we're thrown away. Pizza was not ready at pick up time and I waited an additional 20 minutes before this horrible order was ready. Sad, I have been eating at MM since I was in the Navy in the 1980's. This might be my last time. To top it off, as I was leaving, two employees were out back passing a vape pen back and forth. Probably the reason the two in the restaurant had fallen behind.

We drove with my family to have dinner. We arrived at 8:35 pm and we couldn't eat there, only takeout. Closing time says 9 pm. It's absurd what happened, why should they have served us?

Other than edges of Canadian Bacon all being burned, Pizza was delicious (Pike's Peak & Hawaiian with white sauce). Pickup order about 30 minutes before closing.

We had a large pepperoni delivered. We have lived here for a year and have realized that the SLC valley doesn’t have many good pizza places. As a pizza lover, I have found some good spots but it’s been more difficult than in other cities. Mountain Mike’s is now one of them. The pizza was cooked well and had a lot of flavor with good ingredients. No one likes getting skimped on toppings either in quality or quantity. The regular crust reminded me of a cross with a hand tossed and pan pizza, which made it pretty unique and flavorful. It wasn’t too thick and bready, minimal crust as the cheese went nearly to the edge.

The amount of cheese was balanced and it tasted good, the loaded small pepperoni were incredible. So yes it was a little on the greasy side.. but it baked into the crust providing extra flavor in the fairly crispy crust.

We will be ordering from here again. It’s definitely one of the best pizzas we’ve had in SLC so far, top 5 easy. The large was a little small for the money, but they do give a lot of toppings and was plenty for two very hungry adults to split. I liked that they cut the slices small.
