Terrible ownership @ the Daybreak location... owner takes off for a while, knowing that everyone he hired is under age and can't serve beer. This is the 2ed time this has happened (apparently it happens quite a bit)... we are very hesitant to come back.EDIT: After that reply from the owner, we will NEVER be back. I didn't say half of the things this terrible owner presumed I said in my initial review, and he even went so far as to misquote me. His attitude shows exactly what he thinks of anyone calling attention to bad business decisions, which translates into poor service. Rather than reach out and ask how things can be made right, he attacked me for giving a negative review and in his antagonistic words, sand that I "go online, behind the security of their keyboard, and attack us for our business practices".Dear Mozz owner- you will get negative reviews on here, especially when you drop the ball on services you advertise not once, but both times I have been there (it also happened to another customer that came in while we were there who left, and has happened to many others). Take a dose of humble pie and deal with it. Slackwater has my business for now on.Good luck with that attitude.

Cannot say enough good things about this place and their delicious pizza. Loved the sauce and each of the pizzas we ordered. You can taste the quality ingredients. The cookies are dangerous and need to be sold in packs because I literally went back up and ordered 6 more to go. This is the best pizza around and we already can’t wait to come back. The atmosphere is nice and modern, service was great as well!

Sourdough pizza never tasted so good!! Mozz knows how to make a mean crust. Mozz Artisan Pizza is going to thrive in Daybreak. Their pizza dough was fantastic, the flavors were amazing, and everything is fairly priced. I really enjoyed the staff--friendly and helpful. The tables were very clean and the ambiance was great. We stayed late and although they had started to close up, we didn't feel rushed at all. (Next time I'll pay better attention to the time!) I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

We had heard about this place but its a little bit far from home. We finally ended up here, and so glad we came. To meat lovers and a butternut squach pie. All I can say is wow. Crust is amazing. The fresh mozz is out of this world. All the toppings are really good. The beer is really good. The service is fantastic. That’s the manager was on it. If there was anything that could be improved is maybe the beer selection. Which was good, but maybe a few more offering would make this epic. That said, it’s really really good. Highly recommend it

We really enjoy Mozz. Like others have said, the crust is delicious. Also-this location has Stubborn Soda (8 flavors of them!). Highly recommend. A pizza joint where you will most surely be sitting next to a couple on their first date.

My wife and I ate there this evening... an easy walk from our home, and we want to support local businesses... simple menu, very simple and clean dining and very helpful and accommodating service. We are glad they are here and close!

Super good! Not what I expected. We did a girls lunch and sat there for 3 hours. Waiter/Cashier was excellent.

Food was okay, but not worth $15. I expect char with artisan pizza, but this was excessive. The entire bottom was burnt, and left a lot of ash taste. Staff was friendly enough, but found it off putting that they can’t serve alcohol because no one in the building was of age. Obviously not the staff’s fault, but makes me wonder why even offer it at all if you’re not going to hire a staff that can serve. Not 15 minutes after, another couple walked out for the same reason. Seeing the owner’s snippy comment to another reviewer about the same issue goes to show that you really don’t value the experiences of your guests. Needless to say, it wasn’t just the burnt crust that left a bad taste in my mouth.

If you haven’t been to Mozz, you’re missing out. The food and service are fantastic. In Daybreak, it’s right off the lake so the view is beautiful. Love this place.

Loved the thin sourdough crust and unique toppings! Also really appreciated the reusable plates, cups and cloth napkins. Service was exceptional too. Super personable and attentive.

5-star across the board. Came in for lunch and I will be coming back atleast on a weekly basis. Their menu of pizzas and drinks are fantastic and I really loved the crust — you know a good crust can make all the difference. It’s one of those places you want to keep eating even though you are stuffed. Look forward to see if they add other desserts but the chocolate cookies are incredible!

Best pizza in Utah easily! A little overpriced given the comparables but if you don’t mind that, you can’t get better anywhere in the state!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Ordered potato pizza with speck. Try something different. It was average. Why is it so hard to find something that compares to the Pizza in NY or LA. It will be a big hit in SJ because people have no idea what real pizza is like. Little Caesars would have been a better choice
