I was there last Friday around 3pm. The guy at the register gave my kids a paper menu with crayons the second they walked in giving my sister and I time to look over the menu. He was kind and curious and a pleasure to talk to. I'm leaving this review mostly because I enjoyed his personality so much. I didn't get his name but an older gentleman with glasses. He deserves the credit for this 5 star review because he made the atmosphere fun and inviting. The food was also really great, so hats off to the cooks. Had a great time there with my sister and 2 kiddos. Thanks!

My goodness, the lack of cleanliness is insane. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a week today. There were dirty tables that no one cleaned off the entire time we were in the restaurant despite a lack of clean tables. Customers were using napkins to clean off a space to have lunch. The soda machine was sticky all over. The manager was there, and was really nice, but apparently just thinks the place will clean itself. Just disgusting. The food is what you expect at noodles and company. But given the lack of hygiene on the front end, I'd be surprised if there are no health code violations going on here.

Last time I ate at Noodles and Company, the noodles were dry and tasteless they topped it with cheese and the cheese didn't even melt. Noodles and Company has lost there touch.

I'm vegetarian and I always get the same thing! Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu. It's very good. Atmosphere is clean and calm. Service is always nice. Do wish they had more veg options!

We've been eating at this location on and off since they opened. It went from good to worst-place-to-eat-at to decent. My family loves this place for the overly priced Mac n cheese. I like to try new dishes each time I come here because each one is disappointing to me for one reason or another. A few years ago, the last time we tried this place after having been regulars, the zucchini noodles made me throw up, so it took us a long time to return here. Finally when we came here again, I tried something new on the menu, as is my norm, hoping this will become my favorite meal here. It looks nothing like the photo and there were no mushrooms at all. I can't taste the prosciutto, though I bit one in half and saw small chunks of some kind of meat, but it looked more like ham than thinly sliced prosciutto that's advertised on their video playing next to the menu.I took a picture of my hand next to the bowl for size comparison. This is the larger "regular" size.

I always enjoy my meal here. The service is good, the portions are great, and the food is wonderful. They also have fantastic allergy information online! I have food sensitivities and allergies, and I can't begin to express how necessary this information is. Thank you.Dietary restrictions: Look online. They have fantastic allergy info. The ingredients of each dish are given. I've never had an issue at this restaurant asking them to remove something.

I Was greated immediately and told by the worker he would be with me in a minute, totally fine. Then I watched him literally fill a giant cup with soda taking his sweet time doing it so I walked out without ordering anything. No sense of urgency for customer service with that kid. ?

Do not come here during busy times. You will deeply regret it.Edit: this location is so depressing. In the time it takes them to make noodles, you could have gone to the store and made them yourself. Not kidding. Absolute insanity. Don’t believe me? Come give them a try ?

Took my family out to dinner around 5:30, including 3 very hungry toddlers. There was a sign on the door that said you had to order online from 5-9 and when asked the register they directed us to the online ordering system as well. It took an extra 10 minutes just to order our food not including our wait for our food. This makes no sense as to why we need to order online on the busiest time of day. To top it off, as we are trying to wrangle our hungry kids and order online on our phones another family walked in and ordered at the register and then they turned multiple customers because they were a few minutes behind. When we received our order they gave each kid 2 applesauces instead of a rice crispy treat because they were "out", there was a full tray sitting on the counter in plain sight. They were also loudly annoyed to each other when customers asked about online ordering. Bums us out, we usually receive excellent service at any other location.
