Did a TOGO order around 5:30 and it said it would be ready by 6:30. We checked in at 6:30 and waited until 7 in the parking lot and it never came out. We even called and asked what was going on and still nothing. We eventually went inside and the order was just sitting there. Didn’t seem like anyone cared to bring out the order at all. We were given a 25$ gift card which we are thankful for but it was still just an overall disappointing experience.

We were only there for a quick lunch, but Cooper our waiter made sure we had a good time, he was super chill, helpful and funny. We just expected lunch, not lunch and a show, but we were highly entertained with his antics.

We've eaten here many times (South Jordan, Utah) and the food deliciousness and atmosphere have always been great! Our latest experience was no different. The line of people waiting to get seated says it all! Staff always bends over backwards to please. Portions are generous and served piping hot. Great, consistent experiences!

My sister and I met there for lunch on Tuesday July 15th. We both ordered the 5 cheese ziti lunch portion. It was rather tasteless and the bread sticks were warm, but hard and crunchy and they were tasteless as well. Not the good butter-garlic flavor like they usually are. Wondering if they had new cooks or what.

We ordered over $150 worth of food that was delivered. We got the family chicken parmigiana, when we opened it, it was all burnt and they forgot to put any sauce or cheese on it. I called and talked to the manager Michael. He said he would give us a $50 dollar gift card via email, but I never received it. This was back in April. I’ve called 3 times and talked to him and he said it has to do with corporate and there is nothing he can do if I haven’t received it. So basically he said he’d fix the problem with a $50 gift card, but there is nothing he can do about me not receiving it. Makes no sense.

Beware of the $4 up charge for a side of dipping sauce!!

We ate dinner tonight about an hour before they were closing. It was pretty busy. Michelle our waitress was FABULOUS! She took great care of us! It's so nice to go out and get great service!
