Food is alright, but it’s so slow here. Theres always like 1-2 people helping people so even if there is a short line of 2-3 people it ends up taking 15 minutes to get through the line.

I definitely would recommend this location every time I go in the staff one in particular mindee natali and other employees are so helpful that I wish I could’ve tipped them, but unfortunately is their policy. I cannot tip them so I am giving this positive review. These are good hard-working employees and either deserve raises promotions or at least the option to tip. Good employees tipping is meant for good workers and they are some of the best, they were so friendly and offered to make most of my order fresh because they were out that was very kind of them. It’s close to closing and I wouldn’t expect them to always, but it was very kind and they did it all fast, friendly and efficient definitely needs to be rewarded .

Daniel one of the cooks, tried to make fun of me in Spanish because the angus steak wasn’t fresh and looked dry. knowing that I speak Spanish as I was talking to the other employee in Spanish. I won’t be back to this location.

Avoid this location at all costs. The manager needs to go through training again, or just be fired. I ordered catering online for a work lunch. Went in the next day to pick it up, and was told there was a problem with the order so they didn’t make it. No one could be bothered to call me? I showed them my order confirmation and they did prepare it while I waited, and I left. The work lunch was 30 minutes late because of this. The manager called me an hour later and left a message saying the payment didn’t go through and I needed to come back to the store to pay for the order since my card wasn’t charged. So they could call me when they wanted their money, but not when there was a problem with the order? Ridiculous. I went back to the store, paid in cash, and left. When I got home, I saw that my card was indeed charged anyway. So I payed for this order twice. I called the restaurant the next day and was told the manager was not in but they would leave her a message and make sure it was her first priority to call me back. She did not. I called back 5 hours later and the manager answered the phone. I told her what was going on and that I have my receipt for the cash, the charge on my card, my order confirmation, and the voicemail she left me. She put me on hold so she could check some things, then put a worker back on the phone and I could hear her telling him what to say. What was the point of that? They told me the card showed declined on their end so they needed to contact their online support and they would get right back to me. They did not. I submitted a complaint through the website customer service and was told the same thing. The card shows declined on their end. They don’t care. Here I am, with a completed charge of over $200 on my card and they don’t care. They are totally fine with stealing that money from me. They wasted so much of my time between waiting for them to make the order, having to go back to the store for them to steal money from me, waiting for calls back from the manager which never happened, and waiting to hear back from customer service. A horrible experience and I will never visit this location again.

Went there on Tuesday night, the boy who took our order was really rude and rushed ( there was no one there) truly the worst Panda Express experience we’ve had. Would highly consider retraining.

The managers of this store should immediately be retrained or fired. There is a reason for all your 1 star ratings, and it starts with management. Uber eats order, and you couldn't have gotten it more wrong. Also, when so.eone orders the chow mein, you would think common since would be to add soy sauce packs to the order or not. Folks, the ratings are correct. Find another option to eat at.

My girlfriend and I were greeted with a warm smile and delicious food. We came at 9:30 p.m. The staff was phenomenal. Thanks, everyone.

I wish I had better things to say. My kids really like Panda Express food, but the service here is terrible. The people barely speak to you and the misunderstandings are plentiful. My son ordered Beijing Beef which we had to wait for. When we got the order home, there was nothing but an empty space in the food container and we were charged for black pepper steak (extra $1.50 charge). Feeling very ripped off.
In previous visits there have been long waits for food to be made or portions were unreasonably small. I don't know if other locations have better service, but I wouldn't recommend this one.

food tasted off and under seasoned compared to other locations. along with getting our order wrong and making us wait for a bit. i’m just sad because this was my craving and it was not it ?
