I love ordering their family meals, it's a great way to get a lot of food for a good price.Their app is so cool, I like getting points every time I order. I can redeem my points for free food and I also get coupons on the app. It's a great way to save money and still get my Panda Express fix.My family and I love their orange chicken, it's so crispy and the sauce is so sweet and tangy. We always get a big order to share and it's never enough, we always want more!The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. Service was disappointing! The guy over the counter took my order and waited over 20 minutes for it to be ready, but while I waited everyone else was served. Their excuse was that they were short staffed. PE works under roles to keep food orders organized and ready. Whoever took the order whose English wasn't understandable, I think he was Venezuelan, was ridiculously apologetic. In addition to making us wait longer than expected, he messed up our order. Definitely not coming back.

Came here for dinner got two orders of the Teriyaki chicken, paid for my food and asked for some teriyaki sauce and they tell me they’re all out. That would have been SO nice to know before I ordered a whole meal of teriyaki chicken and paid for it?????

This location is near my home and we frequent it despite of it meeting expectations half of the time. The restaurant appears clean and the staff is friendly. However, the food portions are small, and if you go close to closing, don’t be surprised if the food is stale.Parking: Parking is convenient and free.

I was buying dinner for my mom and I, and they ran out of Teriyaki chicken, so I had to wait until they finished cooking more! I got a free apple cinnamon roll, and when I got my food, I had my card out ready to pay, but they just said it was on the house for the wait! They were really sweet, and I appreciate it! Definitely will be coming back to that location

I love their food! I typically like their kung pao because I like savory and spicy food and they make it that way. We also like their orange chicken a LOT!! Sometimes it gets really crazy and crowded during rush hours. During one such time a small mistake was made with our order placed through drive through. So I called them back and they gave us the full order complimentary!! The young staff member even came and apologized for the mistake - he did not have to do that but he did. I say this with respect - it shows a lot of character among the staff members who work there.Thank you for showing care and your service. We will continue to be your customer!
I ordered black pepper steak because they were out of my favorite, chicken and green beans. It was horrible. Seemed to be in the warmer longer than it should have been, way to much sauce, vegi's limp. I can't believe I paid an extra $1.50 for such a horrible dish.

They are quite stingy with portion sizes here with online orders. This is probably because you are not standing in front of them watching them serve your food. I ordered twice online and each time my entree sizes have been very small and I know this because when I go in person they serve me regular sizes. I ordered greens with orange chicken and string bean chicken. that plate was about 80% greens and almost no chicken. It is really not cool they do this because if I am paying for food they should have the decency to not be underserve my portions.

10 happy years coming to the location on Redwood and 10400 until today. Asked for a bowl of pepper angus and chowmein, got 7 pieces of beef and enough chow mein to fill the bowl to 3/4 way. There was maybe a spoonful of angus beef left in their serving bowl so I kindly suggested that they give me more beef. The cashier said they have measured portions...I just said, I should know after 10 years going there, and firsr time they've under served me so poorly.A young tall colored gentleman, probably in training, served me, he was nice, wish him the best.Chubby short long-haired Mexican looking girl, bossy, at the cashier, has no talent attending customers. God bless her and help her, but this one client, you won't see there anymore.
