Isn't Pandas policy to make any food fresh if you request it? There were two different dished I wanted and both were completely gone. I asked if they'd make either of the dishes for me, I was told they were completely out for the day. How are you out of the dish for the day, it's not even 6pm. Obviously you haven't made the dish all day because the dish is completely clean. Make the food the company advertises. Don't lie and say you're out for the day. Are you really missing multiple dishes for all of the dinner period?
Update: I tried a mobile order. It said it was ready on the app, I came in and they were even close to finishing the order. Took an extra 30 minutes after the time they said it was finished. I’m sure they are just checking off orders to meet some goal. They hadn’t even started any of my order when they said it was complete.

Ordered online for pickup to skip the line, waited in line for 30 minutes. Good food is what gets any stars at all. Pretty chaotic and disorganized inside. Just pull down the worthless plastic dividers so your employees can hear properly, you require masks anyways. A bit overkill.

Show up at 12:30, every entree has to be made still. It is truly as if they don’t know how to do this job. This isn’t a one time deal either. It always looks so enticing as a quick grab of food because no one is ever in the drive-through or the parking lot. Those people must’ve learned. I just keep going back for more disappointment.

Every time you come here, they have none of the entrees prepared. They will tell you 12 to 15 minutes and then make you wait 30.
They basically tryed to Kick us out an HOUR before closing and was rude and complained every time someone came in and when the manager left they TURNED THE LIGHTS ON AND OFF ON US and didn't say anything after, they seemed irritated with us and were rushing people, they had only half the food out aswell 2 hours before closing (we came at 8:50 ish)
