Ordered online for pickup to skip the line, waited in line for 30 minutes. Good food is what gets any stars at all. Pretty chaotic and disorganized inside. Just pull down the worthless plastic dividers so your employees can hear properly, you require masks anyways. A bit overkill.

Show up at 12:30, every entree has to be made still. It is truly as if they don’t know how to do this job. This isn’t a one time deal either. It always looks so enticing as a quick grab of food because no one is ever in the drive-through or the parking lot. Those people must’ve learned. I just keep going back for more disappointment.

They basically tryed to Kick us out an HOUR before closing and was rude and complained every time someone came in and when the manager left they TURNED THE LIGHTS ON AND OFF ON US and didn't say anything after, they seemed irritated with us and were rushing people, they had only half the food out aswell 2 hours before closing (we came at 8:50 ish)

I will never come here to pick up a mobile order! I do grubhub and DoorDash and picked up an order here tonight. Was waiting over 10 mins to watch the person in the front only serving the people who walked into the doors WAY after I have been waiting. It got to the point where I had food in the car and I had to go deliver it I come back and the order is STILL not even being prepared! I told the girl I need help with this order ASAP! Even communicating to the person who order this and they even agreed it is ridiculous! They canceled the order and wasted my time going over there twice to continue waiting AND gas! I couldn’t even unassign it because my completion rate was too low! Get it together Panda or turn your mobile orders off because I am no longer taking them!
