I love the brisket at this place. And the smoked turkey. The Cobb Salad with turkey is one of my favorites. My husband always gets the brisket nachos. The fries are so good now that they are cooked in tallow. And the customer service is excellent. We also really appreciate the rewards program.

We loved the R&R in Pleasant Grove tonight! We even bought extra hush puppies to take home. Everything was tender and juicy. We love the turkey, brisket, and pulled pork. A three meat is plenty for us to share! Way to go team on the positive atmosphere too.

Ribs were full of grease, brisket was dry and no flavor at all, did not have turkey at 5 pm, what a shame. They gave you plenty to eat, if you liked it. I’ll go back to Goodwood thank you

Didn't expect to be a counter service fast-food ish thing. The beefs are so dry, and I expected higher from this 4+ stars places. Calories are high still. Other people seem to enjoy it, so i dont really know if it is just me or it is supposed to be beef jerky.
It was my first time here, meat was a tad bit dry & we came at a time where you could tell the food wasn't the most fresh, BUT still so so good, and the gal that helped us out up front was so nice! A tad pricey but not too bad overall.

Yesterday was my wives birthday and we invited 12 people to join us at the South Jordan location. When we got there the restaurant was out of most meats. It was very disappointing. How can a barbeque restaurant be out of most meats? No one was able to order what they wanted. It was embarrassing for me as the organizer. The restaurants poor planning has lost me as customer. I hope you do better in the future.
