Do you know how dumb it is to have a policy to pay for sauce. And then not put the sauce I just paid for in the order. So annoying

Canes is always good.

How good can you make chicken? I’m not sure what the hype is about with Raising Canes. The chicken wasn’t bad but I feel KFC has a better quality and taste. I have been here 3 times and 2/3 times the chicken has been dry. This most recent visit, the fries had sooooo much salt I could barely eat them. The Texas toast is boring. Coleslaw was ok, nothing to brag about for sure but it wasn’t bad. All in all I give them a 3.5/5, I will Probably go again because they’re open pretty late and it’s close to my house but wont make a special trip for it.

Straightforward, fast and busy. Always consistent. It is what it is, can’t complain 🤷

They nail the tenders every time. Fries can get soggy quick.

Personally I didn’t like the food wasn’t as good as I had somewhere else. The cashier lady was super nice don’t get me wrong. It was I think the manager who kinda just dismissed me and my mother. Looked like she didn’t want to be there.it wasn’t busy there is like four ppl in there when we arrived. The lobby was gross. If I knew how to upload the pictures on here I would. But tables were so dirty floors dirty. It was freakin us out.

Canes is not the same. Drastic decrease in portion sizing and make sure you check how many tenders they gave you before leaving. Ordered the combo and my tenders looked like nuggets, and had the saddest looking handful of fries. Tenders were mostly breading. Husband ordered the caniac and they only gave him 4 tenders instead of 6.

They did offer to remake his meal but we had to drive all the way back to get it. Spent 30 bucks for what looked like a kids meal. Houston Hot Chicken is the way to go.

It has begun. Downhill canes goes. Especially this location.
Usually a box combo fills me up but not anymore because the chicken has gotten the size of nuggets and the portion of fries has become the less then a small handful. Sucks it has to come to this point. Especially for how much it cost for chicken fingers. Stay away, don’t get scammed

The food is extremely mediocre for the price. People having to slather it in sauce just to find any flavor. Tenders were forgotten so we had to go back up and get our missing 2 and those were much fresher. I’ve been 3 times total and I’ve just never been impressed. The cashier was very nice and the line moved quickly but that’s not the best when things are forgotten.
