They gave my son's orders to someone else and then it took them 15 minutes to get his order, but they gave him the wrong order. Went back up to the counter to replace it and it took another 10 minutes for that to come out. Never got an apology, more like I was the problem and it somehow wasn't their mistake.
Minimum options for a lot of money.

I love canes! The chicken is always so crunchy and juicy, the bread is always perfectly toasted (got to get butter on both sides) and the fries are honestly kinda mid… but the sauce brings it all together! Can never go wrong with it.
Pretty sad and lousy customer service tonight. Went through the drive through and was skipped, waited over 10 min to order food. We asked what was going on and let the person taking our order know this and they said nothing, no apology, just silence. Went up to pay and get our food and you messed up the persons order in front of us and ours. Was in line for 30 min, there weren’t enough cars to take that long. Everyone on this night shift needs to learn some communication skills and the manager on duty should be more on top of their workers and what’s going on.
For a place that has chicken fingers in the name the chicken fingers were just basic, nothing special, not even the amazing canes sauce helped them out. I really was craving some chicken fingers, but it left me with a feeling of like this is the best we can do. Maybe it was just an off day but it's not for me, but this is just my opinion try it for yourself.

How good can you make chicken? I’m not sure what the hype is about with Raising Canes. The chicken wasn’t bad but I feel KFC has a better quality and taste. I have been here 3 times and 2/3 times the chicken has been dry. This most recent visit, the fries had sooooo much salt I could barely eat them. The Texas toast is boring. Coleslaw was ok, nothing to brag about for sure but it wasn’t bad. All in all I give them a 3.5/5, I will Probably go again because they’re open pretty late and it’s close to my house but wont make a special trip for it.
