This place used to be great, but our last birthday dinner experience here left us disappointed and probably done. As a couple with a spouse working in a kitchen and 12 years of restaurant industry experience, we understand that there can be hiccups and we a pretty good with the flow but we expected better service.

We visited for a child’s and my husband’s birthday. We asked about the difference in chicken strip count for the kids’ and adults’ meals. We were told the kids’ meal had 2-3 strips and the adults’ had 5-6. We ordered a kids’ meal for our youngest and adult meals for our two oldest, along with burgers for my husband and me. When we received the food, the adults had 4 strips instead of the stated 5-6. We wouldn’t have ordered the adults’ meal at double the price for just one more strip. That’s not worth it. To make matters worse, our waiter had to be flagged down every time we needed something and would take 10 minutes to check on other tables, before refill drinks, fries, or bring us the check or take payment. We visited on a very dead Tuesday night and our kids were well behaved but I know kid tables are not preferred among front of house staff. It was a frustrating experience, especially since we paid over $85 for a meal that didn’t feel worth it.

To add insult to injury, we had a birthday reward for a burger or kids’ meal. However, they refused to accept it because the waiter brought over a Sunday for our child. We were told they only allow one promo per ticket. If we had known about this restriction, we would have declined the Sunday offer since we hadn’t specifically requested a birthday Sunday. We had planned to use the birthday meal and enjoy ice cream at home. Overall, this experience was a major disappointment.

We came at 12 for lunch, and we were able to order quickly. Then when our food came out most of us had something wrong our orders, and then we didn't see our waitress the rest of the time. We had to flag down someone else to get our check. We didn't get to tell anyone about the wrong orders, utilize the bottomless fries or get refills on drinks. Pretty disappointed with the experience! Food tasted pretty good still.

The restaurant is average. Atmosphere is average. But if you want a terrible Red Robin experience, look no further than this location!

Melanie is the worst server ever.
1. She messed up our order.
2. Didn't bring any silverware for the ENTIRE meal.
3. No refills.
4. Bottomless nothing.
5. Completely checked out once our order was in.
6. Standing at the food line just chatting to their friends.

Meanwhile, Lexi the runner was quick to deliver our food, but was clueless to the tables needs. We needed silverware. We asked for silverware. Lexi just nodding dumbly and never returned.

Miriam the manager was nowhere to be found. Not even sure there was a manager on duty.

Worst experience ever. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend

Ordered a burger that had avocado in it. I asked to have the avocado placed on the side. I got a burger with avocado in it. When I talked to the server about it, his solution was to get me a new bun. I ended up picking out everything that had avocado off my burger plus eating a cold burger because it took them about 20 minutes to get my bun.

The restaurant was pretty empty when we came. We were greeted and taken in right away. As we walked all the way to the back to be seated we noticed dirty tables, food and crayons on the floor. Our server took a long time to come to our table so we ended up ordering food and drinks together. The food came out pretty quick, it was delicious, but our server only came around to our table twice after we placed our order, so we both ran out of drinks. Overall it was a pleasant experience, even if our waitress wasn't as attentive as we'd have liked her to have been.

We specifically come here for our girls so they can get all you can eat fries. This is usually never the case. The waiter brings 2 baskets every 10 min, which gives everyone time to reflect upon why it's taking so long. We went when it was not busy, so there should have been no reason, but here we are talking about the lack of endless fries. Burgers are ok, but spending $100 for 6 people, which includes 3 kids meals isn't worth it. My story may not be yours, but the last 2 times it's been like that.

Ordered the Queso Lava burger and had it delivered through GrubHub. The burger had no Queso, and definitely no lava happening. If there WAS any queso, it was so watered down it absorbed right into the soggy top bun and was not enough to even look or taste like queso. Very disappointed, especially with the expense of delivery, plus tip, plus service fees! Thankfully my work was paying for it, huge waste though, and disappointed I didn't get my queso fix!

I went to lunch with me and my son.
Host, took about 5-7 minutes to be acknowledged. The host walked way to fast. No polite conversation on the way to the table.
Server, Kam was Amazing he did a great job. We got our drinks with in 2 minutes of sitting down. Hit all key points when talking to us and did the 2 minutes or two bit check to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I did have a problem with the coal slaw it tasted funky. But Kam fixed it immediately. I was never wanting for a drink or French frys. My fish was a little oily, but I didn't mention it.
Atmosphere, it was semi busy. Consistent tables coming in and out. Sports theme and television to watch sports as well.
