Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The experience was very bad overall. The food was not very good and the bathrooms were disgusting. The whole restaurant felt dirty. The server named Greg was very nice and friendly, but that was pretty much the only good part of the whole experience.

Red Robin is a burger chain all over. My burger came with endless french fries which were really good. It was nice of our server to bring some fries to enjoy before our burger was ready. The Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger was really good. I like it better than the Royal Red Robin burger, which is also good. This place is always packed. I would recommend a reservation.

We got seated then sat for 20 minutes without anyone helping us. Worst experience. There are places that actually acknowledge you and bring you drinks. Servers just kept walking past us. The District Red Robin is the worst and I wouldn’t recommend bothering going there since they don’t care to serve you once seated.

Bathrooms not maintained, the door was grime-y and sticky to touch, disgusting stained toilet seats, thin toilet paper, broken paper towel dispenser. The guy serving didn't check back in very timely manner. Gum under every table. Disted/salty dividers...im actually getting worried about my food. . . And I heard the man twords the direction of the sizzling coughing up something unclean in what I believe to be the kitchen. Sickness is not worth staying.

Placed a take out order. Unfortunately the fries were kinda soggy and we didn’t get any of their amazing fry sauce ( that we paid extra for). I gave them 5 stars because… I went back in to get my order fixed . The manager was terrific! I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well at any restaurant, ever. Genuinely sincere. It went so smoothly and so quick I was in and out. He made sure everything was the way it should have been. Apologized and I was also compensated. I wish I would have gotten his name to thank him properly. Thin gentleman on the younger said. . I’ll try this location again!!

My international guests were refused alcohol because they did not have their passports with them (who would?), even though it’s classified as a restaurant, not a bar. We ordered 4 burgers, well done. All burgers arrived completely pink and undercooked. We sent them back, they arrived pink a second time. By this point we were embarrassed and fed up of waiting. Our waiter was nice but inattentive. Never going again.

The night I visited it was a full house. It was homecoming or something; a lot of large groups of High School kids. I was seated immediately as a party of one. My server was attentive and delightful. My food was perfect and hot. It was my first time at this location and I'll be back soon
