Don’t go to this Starbucks if Ari is working. I asked for a small whip cream for my toddler as I normally do. She said they aren’t giving out whip cream due to high demand. I asked her to take my whip cream off my drink and give it to my little girl. She again refused. I was surprised and asked why I couldn’t if I paid for my whip cream? She said I didn’t pay for whip cream which clearly I did when my drink has whip cream on it. She claimed to be a manager which no manager should be in that position with that service or no smile. I go to Starbucks a couple times a week and this by far is the worst location.

What could be more basic than a Target and a Starbucks? well, hey, if it works, it works! I found myself grabbing a few things at Target and then sent to Starbucks on an errand from my wife who absolutely had to have a Pink Drink. Order fulfilled. Happy wife=happy life, right?A couple observations about the setup here-the entrance to the line is slightly confusing. I went in the wrong way and only figured it out when I saw a couple customers come in after me and went the right way. Could be just me. Probably was. Also, there wasn't really anywhere to sit, but there was space that looked like it might have been for tables at some point. Maybe they removed them? There's also a soda machine and Icee machine where you can fill up on other non-coffee drinks. This is a brilliant move, considering that many of the folks here don't drink coffee and/or have multiple kids in tow that would love a drink too. Service was fine-but there was only one person working and as more customers entered the line (the right way) it took awhile for her to catch up. But kudos to her for working as fast as she could.

I come to this Target pretty often and the baristas/cashiers at Starbucks are ALWAYS in a bad mood. I have yet to get my order taken by someone who isn't bothered by a customer. Absolute worst service. They have no shame giving an attitude either. I'm not sure why I keep trying to be extra polite to them every time I go.
