Every time my daughter orders from here (door dash), something is wrong with the order. The wrong coffee, the coffee is made wrong, something is missing from the order. Today she ordered a small coffee and a sandwich. The ordered arrived still sealed, but she received a "shot" not a small and it wasn't even the correct drink and the sandwich was missing. I'm not sure what this Starbucks problem is. Occasionally received the wrong is normal, but virtually ever time is laziness.

Insulting! They messed up my drink (as usual) and so while I was waiting for them to fix it asked if they were going to throw the drink they messed up away and if so, I'll give it to my daughter. The lady with blond hair and glasses said "we will probably offer it to a different customer because they don't want to be taken advantage.... basically saying I'm taking advantage. I've been offered multiple messed up drinks and never accept them but today, I do and I get an Insulting experience. A big thank you to the worst location in salt lake country that I will be avoiding going forward. Dutch bros hmm?

I paid almost $9 for an iced coffee and they handed it to me it spilled all over me and in my car she said it was the lids that were shipped to them but the lid's fine it just wasn't pushed on. The coffee tastes like it's burnt. This was a complete waste of money

Starbucks if you are going to have a BOGO do it right! Cashier asked me at drive thru window while taking my order if I was using the BOGO discount I said yes and when I received my order both of my matcha latte were watered down with no flavor. This is definitely bad business, it’s not like I got 2 free drinks I still paid for them!

The papusas were excellent!! I had the chicken and my son had the pork. Very impressed with their deliciousness and freshness. I will definitely eat there again. Service was very slow, and we were not presented with a menu, at all! The atmosphere was not great, but the food was well worth the visit!!

I just want to go on record and thank whomever prepared my coffee today. I always get a cup that is filled up with very little room to the top and appreciate that as it is not uncommon at other locations to be shorted a bit. But todays cup was overflowing. I took off the lid and there was no room at the top and it just brought warmth to my heart.
