Stay away from this location. They are great at making your drink incorrectly. (It’s happened multiple times) Went back through and asked for the two shots that were missed in my drink to add them myself as I was on crunch time to be somewhere. Added it to the messed up drink and it still didn’t taste right. Had a million places to be with the holiday and didn’t make back for 4 hours to try yet again. The nice gal at the ordering spot offered to refund me and make it right after I told her the situation and that I had a melt down about it multiple times today. (Being 3 weeks postpartum and the stress of the holidays makes for easy meltdowns about your coffee being wrong) Once I got to the window the very rude manager greeted me by saying “we already redid your drink today”. No ma'am, you didn’t redo anything. You gave me the 2 shots that you missed and it still doesn’t taste right as I showed her the drink still full in my cup holder. “That’s what you asked for” was her terrible response. Then proceeded to say I needed to pay another $11 for the drink they originally messed up. I can only have coffee once a week for dietary restrictions due to breastfeeding and a badly made coffee can make or break your day. Also expect it to be right if you pay for it. A multibillion dollar company can’t fix a drink due to their mistakes? They should for sure look into new management at this location. Used to be a regular here and will never be back because of her poor customer service. Shame on you Starbucks!

I ask lady to make coffee I didn’t remember her name she put almost 1/4 cream and fill the cup and i ask I cannot drink too much cream and she threw the little coffee and fill little more and its like water so it’s horrible experience in this location plz do training something for servers

Some of the people who work here should definitely not be working in any public facing work roles. I'll never understand why Starbucks hires people who have zero affinity to fellow human beings. You'd think in a state filled with church going, bible studying LDS people, being friendly would be the norm. If you can't ever smile, say hello, use a customer's name, or at the very least, act like you don't hate a customer, you just should not be there.
To be fair, gloomy, unfriendly, anti-social Starbucks staff is certainly not unique to this location, but they’re there, consistently. And I’m not saying that sullen, aloof, introverted people don’t have a place in the world, but it’s definitely not in an upscale coffee shop. If I wanted the “fück-you-very-much” treatment, I could just go to Walmart and get a donut.
As a "third place," Starbucks is becoming the last place I want to be in.

This location is AWESOME!!! They made my drink perfectly and super fast! I've been to several locations over the last 2 months and ordered the same drink (mocha cookie crumble cream frappuccino with caramel drizzle) and this one was by far the winner! Either they have amazing baristas or amazing training or both. I will be going back to this location!

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!
Avoid the Starbucks if you are dining in hanging out, especially if you’re a Black, Hispanic, or brown individual. The Starbucks location has called the Police on me and made a FALSE police report indicating that I was screaming and going out to my car and going around the parking lot, causing a disruption as well as yelling in the store when I wasn’t doing anything close to that. I was there and mostly minding my business and very partially engaging in small talk. I’ve never been arrested or been to jail in my life.
This Starbucks is run by a bunch of baristas and shift managers etc that hates Black people in general.
All of this had happened despite that Starbucks in general is one private business that allows anyone to go out and hang in there without buying anything as long as they are not disrupting business. I suspect that this Starbucks location is racist given the steps they took to lie and get me out of the store when there was no reason to. They literally not only lied to me, but lied to South Jordan police and wasted their time just to harass me and I am planning on getting the employees of Starbucks involved here charged for making a false police report on me which is a class B misdemeanor.
90% of my visits here, This place struggles. Super slow lobby when no one is there, wrong drinks… just not with it. I can’t pinpoint why, they just do.

I made a mobile order of a lavender latte and had to wait well past the wait window, despite only one car in the drive thru and everyone in the shop being served already. When I finally got my drink, it was very disappointing... not even mixed, with zero evidence of it being crafted whatsoever. It tasted awful! Sincerely disappointing for a whopping $7.

I have a very simple order. Dark roast coffee, black. Since moving to Riverton, I have used this location a few times on my way to work. Each time, the coffee has tasted like burnt tap water. Shouldn't this be a process that is fine-tuned by any Starbucks anywhere? It's literally the simplest drink you can order. This may as well be 7-11 coffee.
