Hire people who speak and understand English proficiently please! I asked for meal of the day and she made chicken teriyaki when meal of the day is all American like if you don’t know then learn! Had to leave and get nothing cause I’m on my lunch break and they slow here!

Wow what a bad experience I had! I asked for a chicken dipper and the lady that was working gave me attitude from the beginning (Thursday June 26 at 6:55pm). She didn’t make the standard way of how the chicken dipper is made. Also, looks like she was in the back eating instead of cleaning her station and closing the windows as she is not using her station. -100/100 for sure! Do not recommend going to that subway. Overall BAD EXPERIENCE!

We took a chance and this was actually a great subway. The staff were excellent and very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately it *is* located inside the Walmart.

Went there yesterday around 6pm and went up to the cashier and the lady looked at me and said “can I help you with something” in a rude voice. I was surprised that’s how she responded. The younger guy was nice though.

All I wanted was a drink. I wasn’t asking for a sandwich to make just a damn drink.

Quite literally the worst Subway I've ever been to. They are using the smallest tomatoes and on my foot long today The meat and the tomatoes didn't even fill up the last quarter of the sandwich. They don't smile or look up. They are cold and somewhat rude employees. This is my second time going in the last week and a half I just wanted to give it another shot, but what I really should have done is look at the other reviews and notice how bad and dirty it is. I will not be going back, and just because it's in a Walmart doesn't mean they have to be obnoxiously rude and not care

Employee in the back closed the area for her and made no room for customers. The food is good every time I come. Customer service needs to be work done considerably. She said it was closed rudely and normally I don't take pictures of people. Seems like she wanted to hug the place for her own or whatever reason. I was polite she seems to be very hateful. This was at 12:20 p.m. on June 25th 2024.

I pulled off the freeway to get some gas and grabbed a couple of sandwiches in the app. 40 min down the road I cracked into one only to find it completely wrong. I contacted the store and was told in order to get a refund I'd need to return the bad ones. Terrible service, terrible customer service response, avoid this location.

Very little meat put on sandwich we came cause we ate at a different location and had a way better experience The guy here made assumptions about what we wanted and put very little meat on the bread like 4 tiny pieces of roster style chicken claimed he over did it nothing he could do and was rude about it i asked how I could go 2 subways order samesandwich both claim they did specs but both did entirely different amounts? But guessing like how the two people at this location acted like didn't want to be there and the spec amount he showed me couldn't couldn't possibly be what was on the bread. I'm pretty sure this guy here doesn't know how to make a sandwich or do guest service

Wish I could put negative reviews. Guy working there tonight doesn’t know the amount of meat to put on the sandwiches. Put one scoop for an entire footling and didn’t even cover my whole sandwich. Definitely overpaid and someone definitely needs to be retrained ?
