I ordered online and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived later, the app indicated that it was ready, but my food wasn’t prepared at all. While the worker was making my sandwich, she repeatedly touched it with her shirt, then went to the register and touched the screen without changing her gloves. After that, she continued to prepare more food.

I when some time last week and the food was good but my issue is when the employee was makeing my food I had to canstanly repeat myself or I had to have her repeat what she had said while she was grabbing the stuff to put on my sandwich she had to reach on her tiptoes to get it and her shirt kept on touching my sandwich

Ordered a spicy nacho cheese sub with pepper jack cheese added. They put extra cheddar cheese and toasted it. No nacho cheese and no pepper jack. Disgusting, and not what I ordered.

Been going to this Subway regularly for over a year and I strongly recommend it. Everytime I come the hospitality is incredible. The employees and especially Kevin remembers what I get everytime and always asks how I am doing.

We have started to notice a huge slide in service at this location. They have consistently gotten something wrong every time we’ve ordered in the last month. Today we ordered a meatball sub and and bacon chicken ranch. Both footlongs. The meatball was a 6 inch and the bacon chicken ranch was just a chicken ranch. It is a joke

Ordered a mexical sandwich. which is#7 The MexiCali. Head for the Southwest with juicy rotisserie-style chicken, smashed avocado, doublePepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions topped with our smoky Baia Chipotle sauce and served toasted on Artisan Italian bread.I got a rotisserie chicken sandwich with ranch and green peppers and that is it. Very disappointing. Have tried to call several times but can't get anyone to answer the phone.
