Yeah I just don’t understand if staff are lazy at night or they don’t like doing orders for door dash? I placed orders numerous times for bingsoo on door dash and they issued a refund back. Went down there in person to buy it and apparently they made it. If y’all don’t like making bingsoo on DoorDash don’t put it up. Waste of time and now I have to wait a day or two for my money back. Can’t even get anything else because of refund.

My daughter loves the boba here but the people working here are not the most competent. There’s usually only one person working, and they are sooo slow. This last time, the hygiene was very questionable. She was touching all the ingredients of the crepe she was making with her bare hands, then touched the screen to take an order, then went back to touching the crepe. Then she went on to text on her phone. Ridiculous! I hate to leave a negative comment; competence is one thing but hygiene should be a big deal in the food industry!!

Awesome treats!!! Food is 10/10, so good. Customer service was such a bummer, we can’t believe a tip request was even asked!

we came here twice. The first time we came here we got a taro Boba and a strawberry peach tea with Boba, but they got our order wrong. neither of us liked our drink, and it went to a waste. The second time that we came here, I got the mango bingsu. I saw in the reviews that some people said it was good. The taste was good! The execution of the drink was mediocre. The mango chunks were so large. I only got a couple of ounces of my drink. I had to go home and blend my drink to have a mango smoothie.we also got the Oreo, soft serve, and it was gross. That went to waste.

Not recommended. Just left for my first only trip. The menu is limited, they didn't have half of the items on the menu available, and the service was abysmal. Good luck!

The black sesame bingsoo was amazing! Ice cream is good. Stuffed fish with custard filling and red bean were very good and very hot and fresh! I wish I lived closer so I could go weekly for bingsoo. Nice play to walk around after too.

The bingsoo is yummy if you catch them at a time when they aren't out. They seem to always be out of the bingsoo and ice cream. The slushies are fine, not better than other places though. Staff always seem so apathetic and annoyed.

Drove over for a bingsoo and they didn't have any of the stuff to make what I wanted or make what my wife ordered. I settled for a brown sugar boba and it was not good. The powdered creamer was clumped on the bottom and it just tasted like under sweetened black tea. Both of us were very disappointed. We won't waste our time to drive up again.

This place is weird. First time I went there I really liked their crepes. They were the best and I wanted to get back and get more. I thought they were a little expensive but it was worth it when the food was so good. I got one of the drinks, I forgot which one, and it was really good but really sugary. Way too much sugar for me. The second time I went back, I tried to order the same thing, the tuna crepe but they didn’t have it so I got something else, I think chicken. It took a long time and I waited and waited but finally they said they couldn’t get the crepes to work since the day people didn’t make the batter right and they refunded my money after waiting for a long time so I left with nothing. The 3rd time I went during the day and they had salmon crepes, no chicken or tuna so I got the salmon ones. The girl made it and said they didn’t have the ingredients for the veggie crepes which I wanted to try so I got the salmon one. She did fine but it was $10 for the crepe and all she put on it was a little dap of cream cheese, maybe spoon full, hardly anything to taste and the packaged salmon. I said, ‘isn’t there onions that are suppose to go on it?’ The menu said red onion, cream cheese and salmon crepes. she looked puzzled, went back and looked at the menu then looked around then came back and said they were out of onions so that was all that was on the crepe. And she folded it four ways so it looked really messy. I think they are suppose to do it in the fish shape waffle maker but i don’t know. That’s how they were the first time I went. The crepe was not cooked enough but that’s what I got for $10. So I was disappointed. I did get a root beer float there and they put a ton of ice in it which I thought was weird and then a scoop of ice cream. It was good but not worth how much I spent on it, expensive root beer float with a little bit of root beer and a bunch of ice. I probably won’t go back. The staff seemed really badly trained and not knowing how to make the food or have the supplies they need.

We didn't get any food items. We got a taro milk tea with boba blended and a chai tea with boba. When we got our order, my drink was a thai tea blended with boba and a iced milk tea with clear pearls. Service was promising, he tried but both orders were incorrect. We didn't finish our drinks and we probably wont order drinks here but we'll have to try the ice cream next time.

Got the Oreo bingsoo. DELICIOUS! Kids got peach slushie and kiwi milkis, respectively. Also delicious! Probably our new go-to for sweet treat. Kids fought over the milkis.

Checked out this place on a date over the weekend. My date was telling me how delicious & unique their take on ice cream was. We got there a couple hours before closing but they were running out of the milk mixture for the ice cream so we were only able to order one small bingsoo. I tried the fresh mango bingsoo & it was pretty dang good! The mango was yummy & the ice cream was very different textures with the shavings but really cool to try something so different. My date ended up ordering a Root Beer Vanilla Float since they ran out of the milk mixture. We were a little confused when it was served with cubed ice in this root beer float. It made it more watered down. I’ve never seen this happen! A little disappointed to not be able to order two Bingsoo ice cream dishes. There were several after us trying to order them & let down as well. Cool to try. The menu seemed like the specialized more in drink options, such as milk tea, fruit tea more than maybe the Bingsoo ice cream.
