Never seen a drink shop so disorganized. Waited 20 minutes for a drink and had to ask 5 times before we received our order. And had to tell them what was in the order several times. Whoever is the manager over this facility needs to train their employees on process. Too many drink places in this town to lose customers because of poor process.

First time at this location and now we will never go back to any Swig again. Almost finished my drink and felt something hard in my mouth. I thought it was a lemon seed, but I took it out and it was a TOE NAIL. Opened up my drink and found that two of the 3 lemon wedges had been previously chewed. I think they took them out the trash. My son opens his drink and his lime wedge is chewed. This is absolutely disgusting. I know this was done on purpose because you can’t accidentally put a toenail and bit fruit in a drink.

I've always loved Swig and the fundraiser cards. Lately when I use the fundraiser card they make my favorite drink (diet bloody wild) with syrup instead of puree. I have tested my theory by paying cash and my drink is made with puree when I pay cash. I know syrup is cheaper, but it doesn't taste great. It's always disappointing when a product you love starts declining in quality.
So apparently swig is charging $6.01 for a 44oz FRUIT WATER now…..For a cup of chopped frozen strawberries IN WATER!! $6.01???!!
Do better swig.

While I made my order, I specifically told them no ice on two drinks, when I corrected them when they passed me my first drink and told them that it had ice. The lady acted extremely pissed about this, and then proceeded to not mix the rest of my drinks. All because of their mistake. Extremely dissatisfied with the service, they need to learn that even when they mess up, they still need to provide quality service.

Got in the drive thru at 9pm (they close at 9:30) and waited for 30 minutes and when I get to the window they tell me they closed. I get that its annoying when last minute people come in but I was already in the line on time… There needs to be compensation or close the drive through after a certain time if you don’t want people coming in, to wait in the line for 30 minutes and be told it’s closed is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service and this isn’t even the first time anyone I know or myself has been treated with such lack of consideration. Disappointed by this location yet again.

First time experience at swig was not very good! The advertising of the pricing of their drinks is not clear or accurate. I was shocked to see the total for my order of a 44oz busta limes and a 16oz rasberry dream came out to $8.12 considering the sign says $2.50 for a 44oz and $1.50 for a 16oz. Nearly $10 for 2 drinks is absolutely crazy.
