When I first joined the drive through line the line didn’t look too long. However, I ended up waiting 25 minutes.. I would have left the line if I could (no outlet once in line). I don’t get what takes so long?

Super friendly works and our drinks were perfect. Jordan, the gentleman taking our order, was absolutely wonderful! He said it was his first day but I would have thought that based on how well he's already doing.

The service at this location is top-notch! Emery is THE best!!! I got a nutcracker at a different location that was closer to my house. After letting it cool down awhile, I excitedly went to take a sip of delicious creamy flavored chocolate......only to be disappointed with hot water that had the ever so slight flavoring of a wanna be chocolate. I was really disappointed. I googled the swig next to my work and called. I talked to Emery and she said that she could fix it. When I got to the location, Emery remembered me and we discussed how I could get another nutcracker. I got my drink quickly and the whole drink was a delicious soothing liquid ambrosia to my grumpy butt (I hate mornings). Thanks Emery for helping me, and thanks Swig for creating a delicious drink to start my morning with!

Such a great Swig location! The drinks are delicious and they’re served super fast, even when the drive thru lane is 10 cars deep. I went in to pick up my order because I didn’t want to sit in the line. They apologized “for the wait,” but there literally wasn’t a wait. I ordered, walked inside, my drinks were waiting. Excellent service!
Dietary restrictions: They have diet soda options for those who are either on the keto diet or have a condition like Type 1 Diabetes (which I have, yet their menu options suit my dietary needs)
