Drive thru service is always quick and servers are always knowledgeable about the drinks. Today I saw the summer menu gone and replaced by new fall drinks. The server told ke she had tried them all and was able to give me her take on everything and why the Cinnamon water was better with flat vs bubbly sparkling water. I took her recommendation and the drink was SO GOOD!!! Cant wait to come back for another!

I truly dislike leaving negative reviews as I understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, this experience was overall very disappointing. I visited this location with my family and went through the drive thru where we waited a significant amount of time for an employee to take our order.
I am not sure if the store was short staffed that evening but the employee taking orders seemed to be taking quite a while. I understand that providing good service is important and perhaps she knew the customer or was just being very friendly, but she was chatting with them and petting their dog for several minutes. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes while other cars began to line up behind us.
Once she finished with that customer she went inside without acknowledging us, no greeting or communication of any kind. At that point I was frustrated and when we finally reached the window I decided to leave without placing an order. The entire experience left us feeling ignored.
I hope management can review this situation to help ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
super nice staff!! they seem constantly busy like they need another person on staff. i often wait in line to order while they stare at me and seem too busy to help. i understand being busy but waiting ten minutes while im first in line is rough 😭 these poor workers need another person on staff

Took about 20 minutes to get 3 drinks and when they did come out my blended reviver was made incorrectly. I get these all the time and the quality is always spot on, first time I’ve tried this location however and instead of it being a blended consistency, it came out like pure ice and a just little bit of juice. Consistency and proportions were all wrong. Maybe try a different location.
