The last few times I've visited here my order is wrong. We come to taco bell a lot but I'm not getting what I pay for. They ignore add one I pay for, my food is always less than full, our spicy potato soft taco tonight had 5 potato's in it. I will not be returning to this location until they do some major changes. I've wasted far too much money on food I either never got or wasn't prepared right. 0/5 service and food.

Disgusting place. Came here with my girlfriend the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, and we hear what I assume is the manager (she’s Asian) yelling at her staff while she likes to do things unsanitary.
I waited by the kiosk and I saw she had NO gloves on while she spread the chicken on my quesadilla. How disgusting!
If you want your food to be touched and handled without proper hygiene this is your place to go.

The Mexican taco I ordered was partially filled with chicken (not what I ordered), and the Nacho Bell Grande had jalepenos added (again, not what I ordered). This place messes around with your food.

This was the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I waited 20 minutes for simple food, only to be rudely kicked out of my seat while waiting. An employee walked up and said, “The lobby is closed.” We explained we were waiting for our food, and he snapped back, “It doesn’t matter, get up and wait at the front.”
If the lobby was closed, why take our order inside? The place was disgusting—filthy floors, dirty tables, just gross. Completely unacceptable. Management needs to fix their attitude and their restaurant.
Wouldn’t come back if you paid me.

I like to order their chicken and enchilada burrito. $2.69 because they don't have chicken burritos like they used to years ago.
But, I don't like having the fillers put in there like the rice, red sauce, and sour cream.
I just like having chicken and cheese. I wouldn't waste your time on this because it's pretty skimpy. If you want more to actually look like a burrito , it costs you an additional $1.50
This location has really gone downhill with the food quality, service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
The floor is usually dirty as well as the tops of your tables. And the bathrooms are always filthy.
Obviously, this new heavy set male manager with the gray beard, nose ring, and ear gauges could care less about the customers' concerns.

If you want your food made by someone that clearly hates their job this is the location for you!
Nuggets not even edible they were so burnt and the rest of my order wasn’t that much better and ended up throwing away.
I get this isn’t your dream job but at least have a little pride in what you do.

Taco Bell is a joke. Their customer service is terrible, and the app is buggy, it’s not a specific issue with this location but this is the one that has always given me cold food when I order ahead on the app so it gets the 0
The food came out quick and tasted as I expect. No complaints here.

This location is disappointing to say the least. Poor service, long lines, and their mobile ordering process is absurd. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if they don’t have your order ready when you arrive? I ordered my food 20 minutes ahead of time and when I got in the drive through line to pick up my food they told me that they hadn’t even received my order yet. What a load of bs.

Taco Bell (the brand, not this location) has a reputation for messing up orders, but this location is surprisingly on point for accuracy. I’ve been coming here for years, no issues. Recently I had a very large order, all the same item. It’s a new menu item and they had a couple of trainees who were exceptionally nice and doing their best. There was a flaw in how the items were made, so I placed a call. Manager I spoke to was courteous and advised that I could come back and they would remake it, but I was already at work almost 40 mins away by the time I got the text from my kids, who I bought it for, letting me know that the order was wrong. She said I could still come in and let whoever is working know that I spoke with her, even though it wasn’t an option to come back that night. I was a little nervous about doing this, but went in and spoke with Marisa. She was very nice, understanding, and remade the order very quickly. This is a problem that can and does happen at any fast food location, especially if they’re training new employees. The difference is how it’s handled and the Taco Bell at The District did a wonderful job. **and I really can’t stress enough that this is the first issue we’ve had with them in years of coming here**

Food is as expected - service is usually pretty quick and efficient. One of the better Taco bells for getting quick order without mistakes. Sauces, napkins, etc always stocked. Sometimes chips or taco shells a little stale, otherwise we've never had any issues.
Vegetarian options: Sub meat for beans on most items no charge

You became McTaco Hell when your freeze machine is broken on National Taco Day!! Pretty sad about it.
Your food doesn’t agree with a stomach issue I have, but I always look forward to a Baja Blast freeze when my hubby indulges on your cuisine.
So as national taco Tuesday was approaching, I found myself craving and looking forward to my Baja blast freeze.
Maybe we’ll call around to a different Taco Bell for later today. But you are our main location.
People like me rely on your freeze machine. To me, it is as important as the tacos.
Good ?
