why is ai taking our order😭
we ordered a 12 pack cinnabons, and multiple of them were the nasty dolce de leche ones WHICH WE DID NOT ORDER. not sure if they got mixed in or what.

also they didn’t have much of the cinnamon sugar on them either which is disappointing.

Duznt Matter

Came in for an early dinner tonight and as I'm waiting for my Uber, I hear someone coughing their hat off in the back somewhere and it makes me wonder if I'm going to get sick. Plus, I personally think this location has run down a lot over the past few years.

I'm questioning whether I'm going to come back again.

Steven was very disrespectful for such a lazy worker. Trying to deny service befofe we get to the drive through menu is ridiculous. After asking for hot sauce you would have thought he broke his neck with how dramatic the eye roll was even though he was just standing out front 20 seconds ago doing nothing.

was disappointed with the service. the worker tossed our order onto the counter from behind the wall without even calling the name. They forgot the drink we ordered (which is fine, it happens) but the worker wasn’t there for us to ask for one. They also were playing music from the kitchen with explicit lyrics. The lobby was closed so we sat in the car and employees kept coming out for a smoke break and staring at us in the car. Eventually one was taking the trash out and came up to the car and asked “did we forget an order or something?” When we said no he rudely asked us to leave and walked away all confident. Lobby was closed so we were eating in the car, big deal??? Would like to clarify the car was off, we weren’t playing loud music, we were being respectful and privately eating our food in the car.

Taco Bell what do you mean this is the tomato in my taco WHAT DO YOU MEAAANNN 😭 I stop by here every so often late at night on my way home from work. The workers are anywhere from grumpy to semi grumpy. But I am so patient and nice to the employees and tonight is just sad all I wanted was a taco, and I got moldy tomatoes 😭 they also gave me a chicken quesadilla instead of a cheese one and I can’t eat CHIICCKKKKEEEENNNNNN 😭

The food was classic taco bell, but let's drop the robot at the drive thru. Nothing worse than talking to a computer. Are you really that tight on cash you can't hire a emo high school student to take orders? I will say I was surprised how accurate the robot was though.

Why do you allow me to order dine in and after I place the order tell me the lobby is closed and bring my food to go. Your food and atmosphere already aren’t the best. You probably should post somewhere that you close your lobby 2 hours before your actual closing time

I typically enjoy Taco Bell, but tonight's experience at this location left both me and my girlfriend feeling extremely uncomfortable. We went through the drive-thru to grab a bean burrito, and when we got to the window to pay, the employee, who’s name appeared to be “Ya Ya C” on the receipt. he asked, “Will I be seeing you again tomorrow?” and then proceeded to comment that he recognized my girlfriend and hadn’t seen her in a while. This behavior felt incredibly strange and intrusive, almost as if he knew way more about us than he should.

Both of us were taken aback and felt really uneasy during the interaction. It's one thing to have a normal exchange with a friendly employee, but this felt more like an invasion of privacy. We didn’t appreciate the personal comments, and we definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I hope the management addresses this behavior, as it’s not something any customer should have to experience while just trying to enjoy a simple meal. This incident was not only uncomfortable but honestly a little creepy.
