Everyone who works at this location understands great service. I go frequently and order the same shake. Sometimes they start making it as they see me pull up. I don’t ever really change so they know what to make. Love this location and the people.

Our pickup order was wrong, and we paid for items and add-ons that we did not receive. Additionally, each item in our order was sub-par in taste. I’ve reached out to them twice to get refunded for the portions of our order that were missing, and have yet to receive any sort of response or refund. Poor customer service in addition to the lackluster food, means we will not be back.

I went there for lunch with a friend, and I was very disappointed in the menu and the whole experience. it pseemed to be more of a place for a protein drink.
However, even the protein drinks had a lot of fruit in them which seems to me to be high in carbs. I ordered the angles landing toast. The toast is filled with grains,which is a good thing however there are so many grains in the toast that it cannot be considered bread. perhaps if more red pepper hummus was on the toast it might have not been so dry. I can almost guarantee that it was not parseaman cheese on the toast which was described on the menu. I have never had gooey parseaman cheese which I was served. The only good thing about the toast was the fresh cucumber. Since I had never been there before I was hoping to receive a little more information from the employee. However he seemed to be very anoied at any guestion I asked.

Açaí bowls are the best. You can make it at home it won’t taste the same. Whoever thiugh of outrun granola on bottom as well is genuis.

Only ordered inside once. Good service. Others have been DoorDashed but taste the same

We order here often and they got my order wrong when it’s clearly stated what I’ve selected. When I tried calling multiple times they don’t reply. I was calling to let them know I’m heading back so they can make the correct order in advance so I don’t have to sit there and wait. I called FIVE TIMES and they didn’t pick up. I had to go back and wait and no apologies were made as to why my order was wrong and no one was replying.

Unsure why this is difficult for them when we give our business to them on a weekly basis and by no means is this place cheap.

This place used to be good but it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about customer service or protocols. The place is a mess, people have attitudes when THEY get your order wrong (gosh forbid I ask for the right order I paid for you have an attitude when it’s your mistake and end up needing to fix it)

What happened here? Why are a bunch of teenagers in charge when clearly they can’t manage the place.

I second another review I’ve seen on here - can’t ask too much from teenage staff but man I it’s miserable trying to interact with them. It’s not all of them either, rather the majority. Not happy to be there - I get it - it’s work who is - but I hate being in there because of the constant attitude. If my wife didn’t love the açai trend I wouldn’t bother at all. Don’t forget to generously tip either because if you don’t they won’t even make it right. Totally aggressive tip culture from entitled employees.

I’ve been to the protein foundry many times and my experiences vary due to the inconsistent staff. Because it’s often staffed by what seems to be teenagers or very young people who just don’t seem to care or can’t be bothered, today my husband (who is vegan) and I chose to go inside because almost every time we order online something is messed up. We ordered two gourmet toasts and made sure to ask for no cheese on one of them, we waited for about 10-15 minutes despite there being only maybe 2 people ahead of us. When we got them, sure enough the one we ordered without cheese had cheese on it. We brought it back to the front & told them it wasn’t made properly, they apologized, we waited for it to be remade only for it to have a bunch of goat cheese smeared along the bottom half of one of the pieces. By that time we were late to pick up our kids from our sitter so we didn’t have time for them to remake it again so we just left, but we were very disappointed in the food & the service that we received. The people behind the counter seemed annoyed that they had to help us despite it being their mistake in the first place, considering people have dietary restrictions/allergies you would think they would take the necessary precautions. There is an apparent disregard for cross contamination protocols, not to mention they were eating behind the counter as well. Won’t be visiting this location again.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered what i thought was a bowl. I informed the cashier that it was my first visit, i was very excited and wanted a bowl, pointing to the size I desired. She processed my order without any issues. However, when they handed me a shake instead of the bowl I ordered, I was confused. When I asked about it, they informed me that this was what I had ordered. I requested a bowl and asked them to rectify the mistake. Instead of exchanging the item, they insisted that I would need to pay again as it was my fault. You’re joking.

Limited menu - whey proteins are used in shakes. They do some toasts and bowls. We went for breakfast and spent $40 for 2 people. Food was good. Service was fast. Wish they had some different food options but would go again. The menu was perfect for me but the other person would have enjoyed some meat of some kind. Maybe something served hot. We got it to go and took it to a place that serves coffee. Appreciate the focus on health from this place.

Do these kids not get any training? Came back after about a month, these same girls were here, except this time by themselves. I asked for a smoothie, got a puree instead
