We love you guys but please pay better attention to online orders. It’s wasn’t a huge mistake but it stinks to pay for something you don’t get. Normally you guys are awesome, just barely missed the mark this order.

I love the salads. They are kind expensive but regardless I still love them. However, I always get so irritated that I pay $15 for a whole salad yet you don’t give me enough ranch to cover the entire salad. I literally have to buy the ranch so i can have enough to enjoy the whole salad. Please update your menu and provide 2 ranches with the whole salad. It’s the least you could do for a $15 salad. That would get you a 5 plus star review.

I ordered a pizza, and some other things for lunch in the drive thru. Once I paid and got the other food they said I needed to wait in parking stall #1 for the pizza. Sat here for 10 minutes! If the pizza takes that long, please just tell us “we make it fresh and it will take 10 minutes and you will need to park and wait in front of the store. Is that ok?” I would have said no. I am on a hurry. I walked in to tell them to cancel it and by then they finally had it.
Warning don’t order pizza in the drive thru.

I love Village Baker! The food is so great! The freshly made bread elevates the sandwiches. This location, however, is super slow. There is no reason it should have taken 45 minutes to make three sandwiches and a half salad. 2 groups who came in after us got their food first. Off day? Maybe. However, I have had this experience at this location before.

I have been going to Village Baker for years and always love the turkey provolone sandwich. Today, I almost swallowed a large staple that was in my food from this location. Incredibly disappointed and very unsafe.
Paid for a club sandwich on sourdough, but they forgot to put the meats on it. Check your order before you drive home!

I ordered a pizza for pick up with, sausage, mushroom red sauce(pizza sauce) and a note to please make it well done. They asked for a tip at checkout which is ridiculous. Im getting a pizza to PICK UP, no service required. I paid their guilt trip tip. Picked up the pizza, it appeared well done, so I went home. When I grabbed a piece it had bbq sauce. I drove back, explained the issue and asked for a corrected, replacement. They went over the order again, I then reiterated well done. After a nice take your time wait I got my pizza and went back home. I look at the pizza and there is a little chesse in the middle with a bunch of sausage. I overlook it take a bite and its undercooked and doughy, not even cooked through. I've had food there many times including pizza and always been pleased. No Idea what happened but wtf

Food quality has really gone down the last few years. We tried it one last time last night and it really just was not good. Their chicken enchilada soup was inedible. Almost like a glue texture, it was really weird and gross. And the turkey avocado sandwich had dry cheese and meat, like it had just been sitting out on the counter for hours. Their food used to actually look like their pictures and taste good, now, not even close.

I called to ask if my DoorDash order was securely tied because every single time I order from DoorDash the bag is left wide open when leaving the restaurant. The snobby girl over the phone said it’s the dashers fault. I can see the picture the door dasher took before leaving the restaurant, and the bag is not tied or closed by the restaurant. Fail on your end as a business! It’s simple tie the bag for security reasons before it leaves the business and quit lying and say that you do when you don’t!
