We went in here and waited about 40 minutes before she told us she wasn't able to make the gluten-free dough. She tried two times and couldn't get it right. Very friendly and nice and apologetic. They don't have a separate waffle iron for gluten-free anyway so it's not really gluten-free. They should have a separate area in the back that they are making the gluten-free dough and a separate single iron for just gluten-free. And clean glove procedures. making the gluten-free dough before the other dough, etc. Then they can get some actual gluten-free customers flocking in.

The food took 35 minutes to come out, with three people working and not many customers. Then the food was awful!
We ordered a grilled cheese and the Sammie and the grilled cheese was smashed and burnt and barely had any cheese in it and the Sammie was destroyed and one waffle was torn apart. Love waffle but not this location!
