Honestly they don't even deserve a 1. The last 3 times I've been there, my order is wrong, missing something or cold. Tonight my chili ice cold. Cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Ha and they want to raise the prices through rushes ......unbelievable

Everytime I go to wendys they never get my order right. They always give me the wrong amount of nuggets are the wrong size of fries. The moblie app never works because their system is always down. Very disappointed!!!

This is by far the worst Wendy's out there. The girl Summer that takes your order has the personality of a potato. I have been here about 10 times with my wife and have never once received the correct order.This last visit today was the last. Burger was mushy and soggy, fries were cold, even the soda machine had absolutely nothing in it.Also the music is entirely too loud. We can barely have a conversation at our table.

Went through the drive through one night ordered a ton of food and they forgot a good 1/3 of it. After assuring me all the food was in the bag. Wouldn’t answer the phone after I got home and found out and tried to call them. They also never offered me a receipt. Thieves.

I love Wendy's don't get me wrong but whoever was taking our order was rude and treated us like we were stupid. We order the same thing for the last 5 years and they acted like it wasn't even on the menu and when we repeated it she was laughing on the other side like we were dumb. Never going back. Everytime we come anyways they normally forget 2 or 3 things from our order. Go somewhere else.

Asked for a hamburger… should be simple but they gave me a cheeseburger. Noticed while paying and said I need no cheese (allergic lactose intolerance) … they said pull around. About 8mins later they brought me out the same burger with some of the cheese scraped off. Could not eat it obviously and couldn’t wait another 20 mins in the drive thru. Will not be returning to this place. They also would not give us a receipt which was weird too

So we went through the drive through and ordered our food no problem, got to the window, it took a second for someone to open the window and then told us the total, not really paying attention, on her phone. The employee took the card and then continued to scroll on her phone, not a care in the world even though the card reader wasn't reading the card. we sat there for a miiinute. No reciept was given and when we checked our bags. we were missing the nacho burger. went back through to get it and the lady at the window could not get it into her thick skull that we were missing a burger. A. BURGER. well.. she walks away and comes back with a bag, and guess freaking what. it was a fry. What the actual heck dude. We told her like three times we were missing the burger Not the fry. if you can't get a simple order correction right because you can't understand what's wrong with your customers order you should not be working the window of a fast food restaurant. The customer service sucks, the employees are lazy and the food subpar, cold, and by the time we got to eating it, not all that enjoyable to what a food expierience i'm PAYIng for is supposed to be. The vibe and just overall how interacting with the wendy's staff brought down my mood and made me not want to eat the food I had just purchased with my friend was enough to get me to write the only food review I've ever written. Boo this wendy's. Two thumbs down.
