“They messed up last night; but today they made it right. I ordered a pizza, the parmesan bites and the cookie brownie last night and it took an hour and a half before it said my meal was being prepped. I called and talked to the manager. He used the cop out. He was only one there and that he was working on it. I was hoping he would offer me something because it was taking so long but he didn't. When the order did finally come another 45 minutes later, the brownies were burnt. There were wrong ingredients on the pizza so I called back. He must have recognized the number because he wouldn't answer like a coward sat there for 5 minutes. Why it rang. Call back again. Nothing. So I expected it to be a hassle when I called today. But it wasn't. My man Cameron answered the phone. Listen to what I said and actually heard me. Made it right by offering me a full refund or to remake my order. I opted to have them remake my order. It was done timely and everything was correct and I really appreciate them making this right. Curse the GM that was working Thursday May 9th 2024. That wouldn't take responsibility or make it right. But thank you, Cameron.“
“The pizza I ordered got done in a timely manner. The gentleman had great customer service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars instead of 4, is because I told him I wanted my 2 vegetarian pizza medium stuff crust, and my other 2 medium stuff crust also, and my other 2 large pizzas. But he got the order wrong and gave me only 2 medium stuff crust pizzas instead of the 4 I ordered. I told him twice. Plus 2 two liter sodas, and 14 sauces of Grated Parmesan cheese and Crushed Red Pepper packs. As you can see he only got two pizzas wrong. But he should have gotten it all right talking to him in person ordering in the Domino’s restaurant. But overall still a great place to order pizza just make sure they understand the order right.“
