“I just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Kathrine! ❤ She was absolutely wonderful tonight—so sweet, patient, kind, and genuinely caring. You could tell she takes pride in her work and really wanted to make sure we were taken care of.

I will say, Kathrine is a little older, and seeing such a sweet, hardworking lady working the late-night shift honestly made my heart hurt a little. 🥺 She was doing everything with such a positive attitude, and I truly feel like she deserves to be appreciated and recognized for how wonderful she is.
