I bought bread on September 18th, and it expired on the 20th. When I ate it on the 19th, it was already moldy

Hate to be that person but the girl who does the coffee makes me not want to come here anymore. I go here once a week right before work. Today I went ans ordered my usual ( Vietnamese IC ) along with a handful of other items. Sat down for over 5min waiting for my coffee only to see it had been sitting there the entire time. Me and another customer were both waiting and confused cause she never called the number. She did last week when I was there ( ironically with the other same customer) and before as well. Today my coffee had so much ice in it I took 3 sips and it waa gone. I know it saya 2 sccops of ice but I'm pretty sure 2 scoops is half the cup, not the entire cup

This place is fantastic! I've only gone in for the different buns, but pretty much everything I've tried has been delicious. I think the chocolate buns are pretty good, but could be a bit chocolatier. My absolute favorite is the Hokkaido custard bun, I can't go in without grabbing at least one, but I usually get more than that.

Always love this place. This time we got a cake. It is very yummy but it was frozen so if you're going to use it the same day you're buying it make sure you ask them to give you the one from the display.

Visited on our Labor day girls trip and were absolutely thrilled! Exactly like the pictures and reviews we saw. The options are endless and we had the hardest time choosing what to get. We got a decent selection of breads, pastries, and cookies to try. The mango milk bun, chocolate milk bread, salted butter bun, pineapple cake, brownie cookie, macadamia nut cookie, deluxe strawberry mousse cake, and chocolate mousse cake. So freaking delicious! I would say the flavors are outstanding, but don't expect the sweetness level of American desserts. Loved everything about this place and will definitely be back.

Bakery is ok. Most of their bread were not fully baked. We had to toast it even more when at home. We wouldn't return.

Really great bread! My 2 favorites are the Hawaiian chicken bread and the spicy sausage. They also have boba tea and cakes which I recommend.

Bakery items are good and the staff is really helpful. However, if you’re a coffee person, it’s good to note that they don’t modify their drinks. For example, I was trying to order an Americano with some vanilla and cream, they don’t have vanilla syrup. The vanilla latte is a mix they add espresso to. The staff had to get a manager to make anything similar; and when I asked how I could order it again when I came back, they said they wouldn’t do it a second time. Everyone was very kind! But an Americano with vanilla is simple. So, just a heads up!

Tiramisu was absolutely flavorless. Mango cream cake tasted like soap. Very sugary and artificial.
