Lady didn’t even give us our drink we ordered and charged me for it thought it was in the bag

I always come here with my family because we love the bread But we have had a bad experience that is leading me to not come ever again. We ordered drinks to go with our bread and spent over 20 minutes waiting for them. When we asked them where they were they told us that they haven’t even started making them. They asked to see our receipt for the drinks..strange because I don’t see anyone else getting asked for their receipt. I checked in my bag full of bread for my receipt just to realize that the woman who checked us out never gave us one. And she wasn’t anywhere to be found since she already left. They refused to give us our drinks after that after my card was charged for the full balance of them. They kept saying they needed to ask their manager. I can tell they are all afraid of her by the way they sounded. In cases like these I’m assuming they would give them to us out of courtesy seeing we had bought bread and had been sitting there for 20 minutes. But no the woman completely refused. I’m so disappointed at this because I go at least one a week because I love the bread and the environment. Completely disappointed, it’s not even about the drinks it’s about the service we received over it. Will not be coming again.

I got a very yummy matcha from here. I can’t wait to come back to try some of their baked goods!

85°C Bakery Cafe is an absolute gem! They have a huge selection of mouthwatering pastries, beautifully crafted cakes, fresh breads, flavorful coffees, refreshing smoothies, and so much more. Every item I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet, savory, or a perfectly balanced drink, 85°C never disappoints. The quality is consistently top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. It’s easy to see why this place is always busy — this should be one of your go-to spots for a quick treat or a special dessert. Highly recommend to anyone who loves baked goods and great drinks!

Birthday ruined because the Birthday Cake tasted like it was a few days old with Strawberries on top that is already rotting. They must have been stored in the their fridge for days, instead of selling fresh ones.

Horrible tasting cake! We threw away the entire cake after each of us tasted it. Wasted $39!

It was delicious in Taiwan, it's delicious in America.

First time going and it was not disappointing!! We tried 4 different pastries, and all of them were delicious! The chocolate chip bun was amazing! 🤩 It reminded me of a chocolate chip scone. The chocolate mousse cake slice was incredible! Dark chocolate flavor and not super sweet.

It's deliciously delicious! The best brownie!!!

Yesterday Saturday 14th I got some white bread without paying attention to the expirations date...today the bread was green.. (Mold)
Was expired 9/14/24
They need to pay more attention...I live far away to go back and return the merchandise...
