“I was in the US Army and deployed to Afghanistan. I ate all sorts of local food there. The Kabul Kitchen in Salt Lake City is just as good if not better than pretty much anything I ate in Afghanistan. Fantastic place. Just know that Afghan food is distinctly different from Pakistani and Indian even if some of the names are the same. Afghan food is unique.“
