I used to love coming here when I was younger. I don't understand what has happened. The Arby's closer to home will forever be my only Arby's. The kid told me it would only be 5 minutes I've been sitting here 10. My car is the only one in the parking lot and I still have to wait here this long!?!?!? Everytime I have glanced on to see where the food is the two teenagers running the front are just flirting with one another while another employee is focused on eating his own food (must be nice). After receiving my meal everything was correct but my sliders had so much sauce that the rolls were soggy before I made it out of the parking lot....such a shame to see such a great establishment slip so far.

Love Arby's as chain for quality of food and their taste of burgers. Our kids love fries , sliders and I love their chicken burgers , buffalo chicken wrap. The manager here is outstanding and very friendly. It was a great experience at this center !Parking: It has atleast 10 parking spots free.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home and opened it there was meat stuck to the bun like it had been sat on a messy counter. The meat was also mostly chunks of the end of a roast. They were dry, hard, and unedible. There was no one else in line or in the store so I don't know why my order looked like it was made of leftovers. The fries were barely warm and tasted stale and there was no dipping sauce for the Mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed.

Food was good. Customer service at its lowest. It's during lunch time fairly busy and they wouldn't accept a 50.00 bill for an order of 6.95. I had no other form of payment and if I wasn't with my dad who paid I would have took my business elsewhere.

i ordered through uber eats and got no beef au jus sauce for my beef au jus , called and was told to come pick it up, i cant thats why i ordered through uber eats, arbys you owe me a new meal since you ruined this one, Zero stars till this is fixed correctly!!!

Amazing service. So quick and precise and amazing service. Didn't even have to talk very much. They definitely knew exactly what I needed that night and they delivered. My pregnant ex girlfriend at the time broke up with me that night but that doesn't matter. when she left I still had my mozzarella sticks and my curly fries to keep me warm. The workers really were fighting for something more that night without knowing and it's saved me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting my order correct and giving me enough sauces to have left overs. Keep up the good work.

Horrible customer service, we weren't greeted, they acted like they didn't want to help us. Our food was cold, the girl working the drive through acted like it was a big deal to grab our other shake we ordered, and acted like it was a big deal to grab the au jus sauce that went with the French dip. Didn't ask if we needed any sauces for our to go order. This happened at the location in south salt lake on state street.
