I ordered my drink with two toppings and only got the boba and was still charged for the extra topping I asked for, this also happened last time I came and ordered a drink with multiple toppings. Its just annoying not getting what I asked for and I was really looking foward to my drink and it wasnʻt even that good

I tried this place twice and I was disappointed both times. The “Bambu Special” was just an average “Che”. I’ve had better in a Vietnamese market. The avacado coconut smoothie has chuck of ice in it. When I first got the smoothie, I had to let it warm before being able to drink it.

Tried Bambu for the first time and ambience was good. Ordered Thai ice tea and Dragon fruit tea, both were bitter and Boba was hard. Not worth it.

I typically refrain from posting, but I wanted to share my recent experience since we just moved to Herriman. Both my kids and I were eager to try out this place after being impressed by the menu photos we saw online. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that they didn't have any macarons available. Additionally, the waffle machine was turned off 40 minutes before closing time, which forced me to cancel my order. The rush to close things down made me feel unwelcome, and it was quite disheartening. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I never been to Bambū before and have seen so many videos of popping boba. I have been so eager to try it. When I first walked in I was so in awe of the vibe and decor of the place. It really is beautiful and it smelled amazing! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry popping boba. It was 10/10! It was so good and the popping boba was so fun. I loved it! I will definitely be returning and telling all my family to try it as well. Also the lady at the register was so sweet and friendly. Look forward to trying more drinks!

I love Bambu! They have Vietnamese 'chè' dessert options here, it's a definite must try if you have not before. The options are unique, some are made with different types of beans and grass jelly. This is a franchise so they have different menus with different choice options varying on the locations which is always fun. The smoothies seem fresh and have been good every time I went. My favorite are the pandan waffles!

Love the drinks here! Very creative and yummy. Well worth for the price. Truly satisfying, and they actually put a good amount of toppings, they don't short you out, because of that... I keep coming back. I'm addicted to this place. So much different yummy flavors. Some of the drinks are a cuisine itself and very refreshing!

We're happy to finally have Bambu here in Utah and it does not disappoint. I got the Halo Halo and Bambu combo and both were super delicious. Definitely would come back. Love the decor and staff is friendly.
